Body World is a location in Mario's Early Years! Preschool Fun. It is one of the six islands in the game and is represented by a paper doll facsimile of the human body.
Unlike other worlds, there is no traditional learning activity and as such, the room is more suited to discovery. Mario stands outside in a grassy plain with mountains in the background. Here these items can be selected:

- Mario's left eye (viewed as his right eye to the player. Mario winks his eye.)
- Mario's nose (Mario's nose vibrates. He wrinkles his nose in the MS-DOS version.)

- Mario's right leg (Mario stretches his leg out, appearing as his left leg from the player's perspective.)
