The Mario Party 8 dice game is an Adobe Flash game published by Extra Toxic as part of its Nintendo advent calendar microsite. The game was made to promote Mario Party 8.
Gameplay[edit]
Once the game begins, the player has ten rolls of their Dice Block to collect at least 20 coins from landing on different spaces. There are three space varieties that the player can land on, these being Blue Spaces, Red Spaces, and Event Spaces. Event Spaces give the player a random number of coins, Red Spaces subtract three coins, and Blue Spaces add three. If the player collects more than 20 coins, the player wins the game and has their coin score saved as their personal record. If the player collects fewer than 20 coins, the player has to play the game again.
