Lava Lair Speed Run is the second mission of Bowser's Lava Lair in Super Mario Galaxy 2. This mission is only playable if the player collected the Comet Medal in the previous mission and while a Prankster Comet is in orbit.
Mission
To get this Power Star, Mario must make his way to the second lava planet, on the platform where the two Hammer Bros. are fought. He must make it there within thirty seconds, because otherwise, the mission will fail. To do so, he has to get clocks to increase time.
