The Suite Key is a special item in Paper Mario: The Origami King. It is the second key Luigi finds on his quest for the Key to Peach's Castle. When Professor Toad realizes one of the murals in the Snif City hotel cuts off right before the door to the master suite, a Snifit explains someone else (who is implied to be Luigi) is occupying the room. To find Luigi and the key, Mario must speak to the Snifit running a booth northwest of the hotel. When Mario guesses his riddle correctly, he is revealed to be a scammer and runs off in a hurry. In the process, he reveals a Magic Circle allowing Mario to use the 1,000-Fold Arms to rub the lamp atop the booth, revealing Luigi. He thanks Mario for rescuing him, impressed he won the game. He claims to have found the fabled key to Peach's Castle, acquired from the front desk of the hotel. Olivia reveals it is another wrong key. Luigi stated he thought it was a "Sweet" Key, stating Princess Peach is the sweetest person he knows, and swears he will win the game before running off to continue searching for the true key.

This key is used to unlock the suite on the second floor of the hotel. The Professor's Room Key is initially thought to unlock this door, until a Snifit reveals they downgraded Professor Toad's accommodations and moved him to a smaller room on the first floor. The Suite Key can be used to unlock the second floor suite, revealing a comfortable two-room arrangement. On the wall is the last section of the mural, depicting a ritual needed to open the Fire Vellumental Cave.
