First appearance Saturday Supercade ("Rocky Mountain Monkey Business") (1983)

Bruno is a grizzly bear appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "Rocky Mountain Monkey Business."

Prior to the events of the episode, he and his owner worked in a circus until being arrested for bank robbery. He first appears with his owner as Mr. Barkley teaches the Nature Scouts about the Rocky Mountains, the latter planning to use him to help find the money he hid before going to prison. He sends Bruno to kidnap Mr. Barkley, and they drive off to an old, abandoned ranger's cabin.

At the cabin, Bruno's partner coerces Mr. Barkley into telling him why he cannot find his stolen loot, to which the latter replies that the Twin Falls River altered its course to block the entrance to Clearwater Cave. When Donkey Kong Jr. lures him outside, the Nature Scouts surround him in reference to Ring a Ring o' Roses. Meanwhile, Bones slides down the chimneystack and attempts to free Mr. Barkley, but accidentally kicks Bruno, who promptly chases him. Donkey Kong Jr. unleashes "Monkey Muscle!", using the chimneystack to trap Bruno, though Bones accidentally rams into Bruno, freeing him and allowing the criminal duo to capture the Nature Scouts.

Bruno and his partner are later seen on the Twin Falls River, where the former blocks the path with a boulder when they spot Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones.

In Clearwater Cave, Bruno smashes a rock buildup so his partner can retrieve his loot, though this also causes some water to seep out of the crack, and the criminal duo promptly escapes through a nearby tunnel. When they realize the path they took is a loop, Donkey Kong Jr. wrestles Bruno and wins. As the thief refuses to give up, Bones briefly unplugs some water from the crevice, which lands a direct hit on the thief and knocks him out. To ensure they do not escape again, Donkey Kong Jr. ties them up using the chain from the treasure chest the loot is inside. Bruno and his partner are not seen for the rest of the episode, though it is assumed they were arrested for their crimes.
