Flight of the Bloomps is a course in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. It is found in the Sunbaked Desert, and is unlocked after reaching to the secret exit in Secrets of Shova Mansion. Just like Bloomps of the Desert Skies, this course features lots of Bloomps that the players must use to traverse the course. Due to just having Roulette Blocks to grant power-ups, there is no primary power-up in this course. Completion of this course unlocks Expert Badge Challenge Invisibility I. The difficulty of this course is four stars, and it houses two Wonder Seeds.

Layout

The players start at an area where there is a Roulette Block that shuffles through a coin, Flower coin, Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, Elephant Fruit, Drill Mushroom and Bubble Flower. Beyond the block is a large gap with two Bloom Pumps that have Purple Bloomps. The players must bounce on top of the Bloomps to get across the gap. There is then a larger gap with three Bloomp Pumps that all have Purple Bloomps. At the next solid ground, there are two Green Bloomps that slowly fly in from the right side of the screen. After these Bloomps is the first Checkpoint Flag.

After the first Checkpoint Flag is another large gap with a Bloomp Pump that has Purple Bloomps. Hidden in the clouds above is a Green Bloomp that has the Wonder Flower. Upon obtaining it, the Bloomp Pump at this area pumps and launches a huge Green Bloomp that the players can bounce on to get across the large gap. When this huge Bloomp is almost fully deflated, another huge Green Bloomp will rise up from the bottom of the screen and transport the players upwards into the clouds, where the Wonder Seed is. A nearby pipe will transport the players to the second Checkpoint Flag.

Past the second Checkpoint Flag is another Roulette Block with the same contents as the first one. There are then two Bloomp Pumps aiming diagonally upward that have Purple Bloomps. The players must bounce on these Bloomps to climb upwards to more solid ground. Beyond this solid ground are four rows of Purple Bloomps flying downwards at a fast speed above a pit. To the right of them are cloud platforms where two Green Bloomps slowly float in from the right side of the screen. Past them are two more Green Bloomps that repeat the actions of the two before them. The Goal Pole is found afterwards, along with a Bloomp Pump that has Purple Bloomps, which the players can use to bounce on to reach the top of the Goal Pole.

10-flower coins

  • 10-flower coin 1: Found above the second big gap, near the bottom of the screen. The players must use the lowest Bloomp to safely get the coin.
  • 10-flower coin 2: In a secret area only accessible via yellow pipe in the sky. The players can use a Green Bloomp to reach the pipe. The secret area contains spikes and Bloomp Pumps that launch Bloomps, potentially pushing the players into the spikes. The players can either destroy the Bloomps or hide in the gaps to avoid them. There will eventually be a point where the players fall down, and the coin is there.
  • 10-flower coin 3: Found right after the area where four rows of Bloomps fly downwards from the sky. The coin is surrounded by clouds.
