Layout[edit]

The players start at an area where there is a nearby Long ? Block where they can get Super Mushrooms from. To the right is a Zip Track that launches players to the left. There is a wall above the Zip Track that leads to a semisolid platform. Above the semisolid platform are many green vertical rectangular platforms that are scattered around the area. The left and right walls during the entire climb both have Zip Tracks leading downwards to the bottom. After climbing up a little bit, there are then yellow vertical rectangular platforms that move slowly left and right. There are eight of these platforms, with three of them being motionless. There is then a semisolid platform that acts as a resting point for the players. There are then long rectangular red platforms that rotate 180° and then stop for about two seconds before rotating again. There are four of these platforms, with three of them rotating counterclockwise while one rotates clockwise. Two of them are side by side, and one is above another. After these platforms is the peak where the Goal Pole is; the players can use the nearby wall to reach the top of it.

10-flower coins[edit]

  • 10-flower coin 1: Found on a green platform at the left side not far into the climb.
  • 10-flower coin 2: Found between a yellow platform and a Zip Track on the right side in the middle of the climb.
  • 10-flower coin 3: Found on a ledge on the left side at the end of the climb, past the red rotating platforms.

Talking Flower quotes[edit]

  • "You can't resist the call of the wall..." (start of course)
    • "No matter how high!"
  • "All right! This way!" (before the yellow moving platforms)
  • "Focus... Take a breath." (before the red rotating platforms)
    • "Are you gonna climb up the left or the right?"
  • "I always believed in you!" (before the Goal Pole)
