World 12-1 is the first level of World 12 of Super Mario Challenge from Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS.
Course layout[edit]
The level starts out with two ? Blocks with the left one containing a Super Mushroom. After this, a Piranha Plant in a Pipe. After this, a Piranha Plant comes down in a Junior Clown Car. After this is two Green Koopa Troopas and two Fire Bars. A Spiny in a Junior Clown Car comes down after that. Then, there are three Junior Clown Cars with 3 different enemies near the bottom. This is followed by three Goombas and a Pipe the gives the player a Super Mushroom on a Fire Flower. Coins forming plus signs appear all over the stage, though they get least frequent than before after this point. Then there is a huge gap which must be crossed using a Junior Clown Car. Luckily, there is a Super Mushroom in a Junior Clown Car nearby which can help the player. Enemies in Junior Clown Cars and Spike Traps are the last obstacles.

- Goomba - Take at least four Koopa Clown Cars to the goal.
- Bowser - Reach the goal without getting hit by a Koopa Clown Car.
