I began doing it, some formats will need to be changed. --DyeffersonAz Signature (talk) 12:20, 28 August 2018 (EDT)

Current organization of minigames

There are several reasons I prefer my version of the page over the one Marius has proposed:

  • Tables are far better presentable and organized than a gallery. Galleries are bare-minimum formatting and display information in a less ideal manner. Minigame distinctions between game entries are not as easily distinguishable.
  • Tables can be sorted and organized in various ways through the sortable function, grouping minigames easily (you can group them by name, category, etc), galleries cannot be sorted at all.
  • The format feature of the galleries means less information can be on it, so therefore, a huge chunk of minigame information is awkwardly sanctioned off to the bottom of the article rather than integrated.
  • Information is better fit, and is more legible, since galleries center text by default.

Every other Mario Party article should actively follow suit, and follow the example of either this article, or WarioWare microgame lists, as they both are far better organized than the Mario Party ones. BabyLuigiFire.pngRay Trace(T|C) 18:57, January 3, 2022 (EST)

First of all to answer to your comment on your last revert Summary, as per MarioWiki:General disclaimer#The wiki contains copyrighted material the moment you submit the information to the wiki it stops being your design, further edits done by other users are a collaboration, myself included, that only build upon it.

Second, "List of Mario_Party:The Top 100 minigames" has a lot more in common with any other "List of Mario Party X minigames" than any "List of WarioWario X minigames" which in itself is a different genre of games with the most important difference in this context is that Mario Party is a multiplayer game and WarioWare is for the most part a single player game. Here you can't even categorize them the same way because the number of teams in each minigame becomes the most important aspect which is not shared with WarioWare. Third of all, if you see my contributions to the wiki you'll see that I'm the first to advocate for a good table over any other form of information organization, to the point where some may say I overdo it. And even then I can say that this table organization just isn't useful for these pages, specially for the main line Mario Party games that don't include Top 100 and Superstars. The game icon headers quarters the ability to sort all the games and you have 10 different tables that you can just watch all at once and offer nothing new from sorting. On the second design the descrption is well integrated, any additional information is already contained in the minigame's mainpage. MariusM (talk) 21:43, January 3, 2022 (EST)
