Layout
Windbreak Bay is a beautiful ocean that takes place during the sunset. It is also the second level that takes place underwater, having Wario use his Subwarine to complete the area. This place has many coral reefs and purple rock formations filled with Jellopi and other underwater creatures. However, there are many forks in the road and Wario will have to choose one. Some lead to treasure and coins, while others lead to a hoard of enemies. Many exploding spike bombs and Skewers also appear as obstacles.

Trivia
- Actually, the gold coins in the second mission exclude large gold coins each worth 1000 coins, but this level abounds in Tub-subs, making the third mission much easier.
- This level has the most forks compared with the other two underwater levels, making diamonds and treasures more difficult to find.
