Area 1

Image Stage Best Doctors Overview
Stage 881 from Dr. Mario World Stage 881 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (32) and collect all virus coins (9).

In this stage, large three-by-three virus coins are arranged in three row and three columns. Behind each of five of the virus coins arranged in an "X" pattern is an electric exploder surrounded by bubbles. Behind the other virus coins are exploders surrounded by fully-frozen viruses.

Stage 882 from Dr. Mario World Stage 882 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (18) and collect all purple coins (27).

In this stage, there are two groups that each consists of cages and its corresponding lock block, barrels and pop cannons separated by a diagonal line of purple coins. The partially-damaged barrels contain floatie viruses, while the undamaged barrels are either empty or have caged coins. The cages contain shells and viruses.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 9 coins in a diagonal line starting from the left of the ninth row to the right of the first row.
  2. The 18 coins inside barrels.
Stage 883 from Dr. Mario World Stage 883 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (29) and collect all coins from Coin Blocks (42).

In this stage, the half-frozen Brick Blocks (all containing coins) and crates form a diamond where fully-frozen viruses and ice cubes are arranged in a checkered pattern. Outside the diamond of objects are dust viruses and shells.

Stage 884 from Dr. Mario World Stage 884 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (27) and destroy all Brick Blocks.

In this stage, a group of clouded viruses are amidst crates and Brick Blocks arranged in a checkered pattern. Of the Brick Blocks, the first and last ones in the topmost row and all of them in the second row have hidden pop cannons.

Stage 885 from Dr. Mario World Stage 885

(Hard)

align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (22), collect all purple coins (26) and collect all keys (8).

In this stage, purple coins are located in groups around the top-left, top-right, bottom-left and bottom-right. The groups of purple coins around the bottom-left and top-right are nearby keys and barrels containing doors. Separating the groups of purple coins, keys and doors are viruses, with the ones in the fourth and fifth rows being fully-frozen. Between the groups of viruses are Empty Blocks.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 9 coins within the first three rows and the first three columns.
  2. The 9 coins within the sixth to eighth rows and the last three columns.
  3. The 4 rightmost coins in the first row.
  4. The 4 leftmost coins in the eighth row.
Stage 886 from Dr. Mario World Stage 886 align=left|The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks (27) and collect all virus coins (27).

In this stage, the Brick Blocks (all containing coins) are arranged in a line that separates colorful crates in a checkered pattern and empty barrels in a checkered pattern. The side with barrels contain floatie viruses in its gaps, and both sides have exploders in some of the gaps. Virus coins are located behind each floatie virus in its initial position and the side with colorful crates.

Stage 887 from Dr. Mario World Stage 887 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (22) and collect all keys (6).

In this stage, there are three layers of rectangles. The outermost layer consists of colorful crates with barrels containing doors and a key, with two keys below it. The middle layer consists of viruses where some of them are half-frozen. The innermost layer consists of crates with keys and fully-frozen doors on its inside.

Stage 888 from Dr. Mario World Stage 888 align=left|The objective of this stage is to destroy all crates (21) and collect all purple coins (20).

In this stage, purple coins (caged and uncaged) are located in the first three rows, where many of them are caged with its corresponding lock block in the middle of the third row, fully-frozen. Below the purple coins are a group of crates with viruses hugging them. The bottom-most row consists of a pop cannon jar and a flask. The fully-filled flask in this stage will shoot out either viruses or exploders.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 10 coins in the even-numbered columns within the first three rows.
  2. The 10 coins in the odd-numbered columns within the first two rows.
Stage 889 from Dr. Mario World Stage 889 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (31) and collect all keys (5).

In this stage, viruses are arranged in a checkered pattern with Brick Blocks and empty barrels within most of the gaps. Exploders are hidden inside the Brick Blocks starting from the sixth row upwards except for the middle one in the sixth row. Between the assortment of objects are keys and doors are located in the odd-numbered columns.

Stage 890 from Dr. Mario World Stage 890

(Hard)

align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all red viruses (19).

In this stage, there are only red and yellow viruses and capsules. The viruses are in various states, namely being clouded, fully-frozen and inside bubbles. Some of the viruses are floatie viruses. Crates are also found throughout the stage. The final revealed row is a row of Empty Blocks.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 7 lines are introduced.

Stage 891 from Dr. Mario World Stage 891 align=left|The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins (35) and collect all keys (3).

In this stage, the Brick Blocks and empty barrels are patterned in a spiral formation, with clouded viruses and keys near the spiral. The Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses, and those hidden viruses each covers a virus coin. The barrels also each cover a virus coin. The filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses or electric exploders.

Stage 892 from Dr. Mario World Stage 892 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (39) and destroy all barriers (9).

In this stage, crates and cages are arranged in upside-down "V" formations. Below the crates are bubbles containing electric exploders, while between the crates and cages are bubbles containing viruses and lock blocks. The yellow cages contain electric exploders while the red cages contain barriers. Above the barriers are more viruses, with some of them fully-frozen.

Stage 893 from Dr. Mario World Stage 893 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (17) and destroy all colorful crates (41).

In this stage, colorful crates are arranged in groups of threes or fours, where clouded floatie viruses are near them. There is a pop cannon jar at the bottom-left corner.

Stage 894 from Dr. Mario World Stage 894 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (44) and collect all keys (4).

In this stage, the half-frozen viruses and clouded viruses are arranged in rows of two in the third to fourth columns and the sixth to seventh columns within the second to ninth rows. In the middle column, there are viruses and Brick Blocks. The lock blocks are located in the topmost row and are half-frozen next to half-frozen. The keys and doors are located in the two leftmost and two rightmost columns, where the ones at the side have bubbles (some with viruses and pop cannons) between them, while the ones nearer to the center have empty cages between them.

Stage 895 from Dr. Mario World Stage 895

(Hard)

align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (32), collect all coins from Coin Blocks (36) and collect all keys (1).

In this stage, viruses are arranged in columns of two, with the ones in the four leftmost columns inside bubbles near bubble machines and the ones in the four rightmost columns half-frozen near ice fans. Each side also has purple coins and six Brick Blocks all containing coins. The middle column contains caged coins between the key and the door.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The 12 coins near the viruses within the four leftmost columns and the four leftmost columns, with 6 on each side.
  2. The 8 coins between the key and the door in the middle column.
Stage 896 from Dr. Mario World Stage 896 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, most of the keys and doors are locked behind cages. The top-middle portion of this stage has two exploders and a pop cannon nearby several colorful crates, and the pop cannon is directed towards a lock block that is amidst bubbles containing viruses and colorful crates. Another pop cannon is at the leftmost of the second row, which is aimed towards a shell and another lock block. The third lock block is nearby that pop cannon. Between some of the keys and doors are floatie viruses.
Stage 897 from Dr. Mario World Stage 897 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, viruses, crates and exploders are scattered, as well as ice fans and Brick Blocks. Among the Brick Blocks, the Capsule Plus are hidden inside the ones in the first row, the fourth row and the eighth row, while the others contain hidden viruses.
Stage 898 from Dr. Mario World Stage 898 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In the beginning of this stage and the next four revealed rows, there are rows of barrels containing exploders in the second and third bottom-most rows and viruses in the others, where they are between Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses. In the last nine revealed rows, there are four groups of viruses and barrels among Empty Blocks, crates and an exploder jar, where the barrels contain both normal viruses and floatie viruses.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 13 lines are introduced.

Stage 899 from Dr. Mario World Stage 899 align=left|The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins. In this stage, viruses are arranged in groups of two or three so that a capsule could be used to make a match, and most of those groups are half-frozen. At the bottom half, there are four groups of two half-frozen purple coins above bubble machines, while the top half has caged coins surrounded by bubble machines and barrels containing purple coins. The Brick Blocks do not contain anything.

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

  1. The coins in the sixth and seventh rows, as well as the coins in the barrels, for a total of 16 coins.
  2. The 2 coins in the third row surrounded by barrels.
Stage 900 from Dr. Mario World Stage 900

(Hard)

align=left|The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, the leftmost and rightmost columns consist of bubbles, in which a shell is located in the first row and every third revealed row on different sides. On the same row as each of the shells are rows of frozen viruses, with the sixth revealed row having fully-frozen viruses while the others have half-frozen viruses. Crates and colorful crates surround the frozen viruses except for the ones in the ninth revealed row. The last revealed row is a row of Empty Blocks.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 10 lines are introduced.

When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Bone Goomba assistant upon completing this stage.

  4. The rest of the coins, for a total of 17 coins.
Stage 916 from Dr. Mario World Stage 916 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, the viruses are scattered among colorful crates in diamond patterns, where bubbles containing exploders and half-frozen bubble machines are also found. The exploders that are shot out from the exploder jars will be inside bubbles.
Stage 917 from Dr. Mario World Stage 917 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, the viruses, dust clouds and barrels are arranged in diagonal lines, where barriers are also found. The barrels contain viruses, floatie viruses, barriers or Capsule Plus, while barriers are found in a few of the dust clouds.
Stage 918 from Dr. Mario World Stage 918 align=left|The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, there are two lines of caged exploders that separate two groups of Brick Blocks, where one group has two normal viruses. The top side has fully-frozen doors and the bottom side has fully-frozen keys. Each side also has a lock block and both a key and a door. Most of the Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses, while three of the four Brick Blocks between each pair of key and door with them have hidden Capsule Plus.
Stage 919 from Dr. Mario World Stage 919 align=left|The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, the Brick Blocks have virus coins behind them. The Brick Blocks all contain hidden floatie viruses. In addition to Brick Blocks, there are three pop cannon jars and one shell jar, as well as two pop cannons. The pop cannons that are shot out from the pop cannon jars will be hidden inside Brick Blocks.
Stage 920 from Dr. Mario World Stage 920
