World 6 (Dr. Mario World)

World 6 is a mountain-themed world in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 1 AM PT on Aug. 7, 2019, while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 1 AM PT on Aug. 21, 2019.

When an area is cleared, Bob-ombs and Monty Moles appear. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, blue and green.

Area 1

	Stage 201	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Fire Peach	This stage introduces crates, which require up to four hits to destroy depending on its state. Crates can be damaged by making a match next to it. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are four groups of eight viruses separated by crates, along with three viruses outside the lines of crates.
	Stage 202	Dr. Roy Dr. Baby Mario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are three groups of viruses in bubbles in upside-down "V" patterns above groups of crates in upside-down "V" patterns. The top-left and top-right portions of the stage have two groups of six viruses surrounded by crates.
	Stage 203	Dr. Fire Peach Dr. Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are dust viruses in the middle three rows above a lock block surrounded by crates. On the left and right sides, each side has four viruses surrounded by crates and surrounding those crates are viruses behind cages. Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made: The bottom-most row of dust viruses (3) are no longer covered in dust.
	Stage 204	Dr. Bowser Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, there are three rows of viruses above a row of Brick Blocks at the bottom half. The top half is split into two halves each with its own group of viruses and a lock block, along with another lock block in the middle line. A shell is located in the middle column above the Brick Block in the center. Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made: The cages in the bottom half are changed so that instead of the row of Brick Blocks, the viruses are inside cages, with different colors for three columns each. The skill charger in the middle of the sixth row is replaced by a Brick Block. A shell replaced an Empty Block in the middle of the fifth row. The viruses in the top right are rearranged to occupy the second and third rows in the rightmost column instead of the top-right corner and above the lock block.
	Stage 205	Dr. Wendy Dr. Diddy Kong	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there is a loop of Brick Blocks with an Empty Block in the middle, and within the gaps in the loop are half-frozen viruses surrounding a virus. On the top-right and bottom-left parts of the stage are Brick Blocks each with a hidden virus in the middle.
	Stage 206 (Hard)	Dr. Bowser Dr. Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, four groups of eight viruses are separated by cages, with most of them holding Brick Blocks. The bottom two groups of viruses are inside bubbles while the top two groups of viruses are not. A lock block is situated in the middle of the seventh row directly below a shell in cage. Two lock blocks are in the leftmost and rightmost sides on the same row as that shell, and an additional shell is two rows above in the middle of the row of Brick Blocks.
	Stage 207	Dr. Goomba Tower Dr. Lakitu	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are five groups of viruses shrouded in clouds each arranged in a "+" formation, along with six viruses in the fourth row. Within the same rows where the viruses are found are Brick Blocks. Hidden viruses are within the Brick Blocks in the second row and sixth row, along with the middle block in the first row and the seventh row.
	Stage 208	Dr. Rosalina Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins. This stage is formed by two triangles, each with viruses, dust viruses and coins. The larger triangle also has half-frozen viruses and crates. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The three coins in the smaller triangle near the bottom-right corner. The leftmost coin in the tenth row. The rightmost coin in the first row. The leftmost coin in the first row. The coin in the middle of the crates located at the fourth row, fourth column.
	Stage 209	Dr. Toad Dr. Kamek	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are two rows of crates in the odd-numbered columns, each row with Empty Blocks in the row above at the even-numbered columns. Viruses are between the crates at the higher row, while floatie viruses are below the crates at the lower row. Viruses in bubbles are situated below the Empty Blocks at the lower row. Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made: Viruses between the higher row of crates are no longer half-frozen. Floatie viruses are no longer inside bubbles and their position changed from three spaces below the lower row of crates to directly below them.
	Stage 210	Dr. Koopa Troopa Dr. Luigi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, a column of four viruses shrouded in clouds are surrounded by crates, and on the two leftmost and two rightmost columns, viruses in 2x2 formations are frozen below crates in 2x2 formations. Between the topmost crates are viruses. The capsule amount is increased from 33 to 38 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.
	Stage 211 (Hard)	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Wendy	The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks. This stage is shaped like an arrow pointing downwards, formed by viruses, Empty Blocks and an exploder surrounded by half-frozen viruses. Additional viruses including ones shrouded in clouds are located in the top row and the two leftmost and two rightmost columns.
	Stage 212	Dr. Dolphin Dr. Bowser Jr.	The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks. This stage is shaped like an arrow pointing downwards, formed by viruses, Empty Blocks and an exploder surrounded by half-frozen viruses. Additional viruses including ones shrouded in clouds are located in the top row and the two leftmost and two rightmost columns.
	Stage 213	Dr. Baby Peach Dr. Luigi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. This stage contains colorful crates along the top two rows, with four found in each row. Barriers are found near the Empty Blocks. In the middle column, five floatie viruses are found. The virus coins are found behind each virus in the leftmost two rows and the rightmost two rows, along with two big ones at the top and bottom in the middle three columns.
	Stage 214	Dr. Baby Mario Dr. Wendy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. This stage contains lock blocks in the middle column. Red cages are found in the middle row, yellow cages are found in the middle column and light-blue cages are found on the left and right columns and a few at the top and bottom rows. A shell is hidden inside the Brick Block next to the red lock block. Among the Brick Blocks with coins, the bottom-left and bottom-right groups have two each in the ones nearer to the middle column, while the top-left and top-right groups have three each in the ones nearer to the center.
	Stage 215	Dr. Goomba Tower Dr. Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, a ring of barriers surround viruses, and those viruses surround additional barriers with Brick Blocks that contain three ice fans and a hidden virus. The Brick Blocks in the middle contain hidden viruses.
	Stage 216	Dr. Daisy Dr. Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, four Capsule Plus capsules are found along the fifth and eighth rows, along floatie viruses. The second row contains viruses and a floatie virus. All Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: Three coins from the left side in the tenth row and second coin in the fourth row Third coin in the first row, fourth coin in the second row and first and third coins in the seventh row First coin in the first row, second coin in the seventh row and the rest of the coins in both the fourth and tenth rows Remaining coins in the first and seventh rows.
	Stage 217	Dr. Larry Dr. Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, rows of colorful crates are found below rows of cages and doors, with three colors of lock blocks found in the middle column.
	Stage 218	Dr. Roy Dr. Ludwig	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, three rows of yellow and light-blue viruses are placed in a checkered pattern with crates in between. Red viruses are found above those three rows, with an outside layer of partially damaged barrels containing them, a middle layer of half-frozen viruses and fully-frozen viruses on the inside. An extra row of crates are found in the top-most row.
	Stage 219	Dr. Larry Dr. Wendy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, floatie viruses of each color in groups of three are found in clouds lined up in three columns. Brick Blocks in the third, fifth and seventh columns contain coins, while the others do not contain anything. Additionally, colorful crates are found on the columns that the floatie viruses do not occupy in the beginning. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out either colorful crates or exploders.
	Stage 220 (Hard)	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Bowser	The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all coins from Coin Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are three rows of barriers alternating between three rows of viruses, with one barrier in each row being the odd one out in terms of being active. A row of purple coins found partially damaged barrels are located at the top of the stage before it scrolls, with an additional five coins above that row. On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being floatie viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 8 lines are introduced. When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Bob-omb assistant upon completing this stage.

	Stage 221	Dr. Baby Peach Dr. Fire Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, including any that appears from flasks. In this stage, there are two medium-sized flasks and two rows of Empty Blocks separating two groups of barrels each arranged in a zig-zag line, with viruses found within the right-angled curves. Four more viruses are found in barrels in the top half, while the rest of the barrels contain exploders. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out viruses.
	Stage 222 (Hard)	Dr. Dolphin Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to collect all keys. In this stage, bubble viruses and colorful crates are arranged in diagonal lines, with every colorful crate found in partially damaged barrels except for the ones in the bottom-most row.
	Stage 223	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Fire Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all barriers. In this stage, barriers found in barrels form two overlapping circles. Barriers found in barrels will not change state until the barrel is broken.
	Stage 224	Dr. Roy Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, two groups of six viruses are surrounded by crates and a few colorful crates, and one group of virus is behind colorful crates and Empty Blocks. Additionally, seven Capsule Plus capsules are found throughout the stage, one of which is next to one group of viruses surrounded by crates.
	Stage 225	Dr. Bowser Dr. Wendy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. a row of eight red floatie viruses are found between a row of Brick Blocks and red colorful crates, and four additional floatie viruses are found above the group of Brick Blocks. Colorful crates are lined up on the sides above the group of Brick Blocks, along with two in the middle that are surrrounded by viruses. Every Brick Block contains coins.
	Stage 226	Dr. Fire Peach Dr. Ludwig	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, viruses, half-frozen barriers and Brick Blocks intersect with one another. The Brick Blocks in the topmost row contain doors, while the rightmost Brick Block in the bottom-most row contains a key. The Brick Blocks surrounded by viruses contain hidden viruses except for two, which contain keys.
	Stage 227 (Hard)	Dr. Rosalina Dr. Peach	The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. This stage is split into nine sections of three rows and three columns separated by colorful crates, and each section contains a virus coin. Several of the colorful crates are locked behind cages with its corresponding lock block in the middle section. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out colorful crates.
	Stage 228	Dr. Baby Daisy Dr. Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, two large groups of purple coins are found, separated by a line of half-frozen viruses. Next to each group are three shells and three floatie viruses. The Brick Block has a hidden purple coin. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: Two groups of six coins at the bottom half of the group and one coin in the Brick Block Two groups of six coins at the top half of the group Six coins that divided the two groups of six coins in both halves The remaining coins that surrounded the other coins (except for the one in the Brick Block)
	Stage 229	Dr. Koopa Troopa Dr. Fire Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, a group of viruses covered in dust are found in the middle, and a lock block locking colorful crates shaped in an upside-down "U" is found above a group of viruses. All Brick Blocks except for those in the same row as the lock block contain coins.
	Stage 230	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Toad	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, a large group of viruses in a shape of a filled "8" is found next to crates. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out crates of variable durabilities.
	Stage 231	Dr. Ludwig Dr. Bowser Jr.	The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins and collect all keys. In this stage, purple coins surround two groups of 3x5 viruses, one group being half-frozen and another group encased in bubbles. Purple coins can be found in broken and unbroken barrels, with some of them in the way between the keys and doors.
	Stage 232	Dr. Larry Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, colorful crates separated groups of viruses, along with a few individual viruses near Empty Blocks. The red lock block is surrounded by Empty Blocks, along with Exploders near the lock block. The dust hides viruses.
	Stage 233	Dr. Baby Luigi Dr. Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, bubble viruses are found above purple coins found below crates, while caged purple coins are found above crates. A line of viruses are found directly below ice fans at the top of the stage. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The nine coins found along the bottom of the crates Coins found in the fourth and sixth columns The rest of the coins along the fourth row
	Stage 234	Dr. Mario Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminiate all viruses and destroy all barriers. In this stage, viruses are lined up vertically, save for a few lined up horizontally along the barriers. All Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses. A Capsule Plus is found in a partially damaged barrel at the top-middle part of the stage.
	Stage 235	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, colorful crates form two horizontal lines and two vertical lines criss-crossed with each other, with viruses occupying the spaces in between, along with colorful crates shaped like a cross at the top-right corner separated by ice fans and a lone virus.
	Stage 236	Dr. Rosalina Dr. Fire Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, four lines containing Empty Blocks and crates are found separated by a column of bubbles in the middle, holding viruses, floatie viruses and a flask. Additional viruses are found along the lines of crates and Empty Blocks. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out bubble viruses.
	Stage 237 (Hard)	Dr. Koopa Troopa Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all coins from Coin Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the layout is symmetrical, save for the colors of the viruses and shells. Lock blocks are found in the middle column, with crates behind the blue cages, Brick Blocks behind the yellow cages and viruses behind the red cages. All Brick Blocks contain coins. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: Single coin on the leftmost column Single coin on the rightmost column Coins from both the second and eighth columns Rest of the coins found in the sixth row
	Stage 238	Dr. Mario Dr. Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to collect all keys. In this stage, the viruses form a shape of a bunny's head. Among the viruses, four floatie viruses of each of the three colors are found. Doors are found in the topmost row, while keys are initially located below the yellow viruses.
	Stage 239	Dr. Diddy Kong Dr. Ludwig	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, half-frozen viruses, exploders, shells and Brick Blocks are found, along with a few fully-frozen Brick Blocks and purple coins. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The two unfrozen coins and three fully-frozen coins The two middle coins in the fourth row The coins found in the middle three columns The rest of the coins found in the leftmost two columns and rightmost two columns
	Stage 240 (Hard)	Dr. Toad Dr. Ludwig	The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all viruses to be eliminated. In this stage, various floatie viruses are found in the beginning, along with Brick Blocks and viruses in barrels throughout the stages. Bubble viruses appear eventually, and later ice fans start to appear. Exploders later appear, and a couple of half-frozen viruses one line after that. A line of regular viruses are found near the top, with the top containing a line of Empty Blocks. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 10 lines are introduced. Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 12. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket.

Challenge stages

	Stage 6A	Dr. Fire Peach Dr. Wario	Within an 85 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses and destroy all Brick Blocks. In this stage, there are Brick Blocks at the top portion and viruses at the bottom portion. Both portions are split into two groups in the middle. The timer is increased from 60 seconds to 85 seconds since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. Starting from version 1.2.0, completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.
	Stage 6B	Dr. Peach Dr. Wendy	Within a 100 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, two groups of viruses inside bubbles are surrounded by crates, and a shell is found in the middle of the row or crates above the groups. Above the crates and below the row of Brick Blocks are dust viruses and viruses. Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made: Timer is increased from 85 seconds to 100 seconds. Crates to the left of the shell and the crate two spaces below the shell have reduced durability from two hits to one hit. Starting from version 1.2.0, completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.
	Stage 6C	Dr. Wario Dr. Larry	Within a 95 second time limit, players need to collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are four groups of purple coins, with the top-left and bottom-right each having four in a row, while the top-right and bottom-left have nine coins arranged in 3x3 each. Separating the top and bottom portions are crates and Empty Blocks, along with several viruses. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The nine coins in the top-right. The nine coins in the bottom-left. The four coins in the top-left. The four coins in the top-right. Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made: Timer is increased from 80 seconds to 95 seconds. The three rightmost crates in the second row have reduced durability from four hits to three, two and one from left to right. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and a Staff Ticket (3 Hearts prior to version 1.2.0).

Special Stage

	Special Stage	Dr. Toadette Dr. Kamek	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In the beginning of the stage, a row of crates each requiring three hits to destroy separate the purple coins into two groups, and five floatie viruses are in the group above. In the unrevealed part of the stage, there are Brick Blocks in the leftmost and rightmost columns, second and fourth revealed rows except for both the middle row and column. Additionally, viruses are found in the odd-numbered rows. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared and will stop after 5 lines are introduced. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence: The coin one row below the row of crates. The three coins two rows below the row of crates. The five coins three rows below the row of crates. The seven coins four rows below the row of crates. The six coins one rows above the row of crates. The three coins two rows above the row of crates. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Waluigi.
