A staff ticket is a reward item in Dr. Mario World. It is used in the Staffing department of the game, where it can be used to purchase new doctors and assistants. If players have staff tickets, they are required to use them before they can use diamonds to purchase staff. Players are rewarded staff tickets when they clear the last level of each world, if they find them in battle boxes when versus matches are won and since version 1.2.0, if they completed challenge C in each world. Occasionally, players are given free staff tickets after server maintenance.
A golden variant of the staff ticket is present in the game's files, but it is unknown what it does.
