World 11 (Dr. Mario World)

World 11 is a snow-themed world in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 2 AM PT on Jan. 9, 2020[1], while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 12 AM PT on Jan. 23, 2020[2].

When an area is cleared, Dry Bones, Bone Goombas, and Lava Bubbles appear, along with Whomp in the second area. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, yellow and light-blue.

This stage introduces barrels, which requires two hits to destroy. Destroying barrels the first time will reveal its contents, and destroying it the second time will cause the contents to be active or able to be matched. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In addition to barrels, partially-frozen viruses are found surrounded by barrels. All barrels contain viruses.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all Virus Coins. This stage is shaped like a four-leaf clover in the form of crates, where the barrels are in the middle that contain viruses in the undamaged barrels and an exploder in the partially-damaged one. The dust in this stage contains exploders. Four Floatie viruses are found on the outside of the border of crates, along with two more diagonally above the bottom one. The Virus Coins are found in the four corners and the middle within the border.

The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors. In this stage, there are four columns of barrels with a few Brick Blocks among them, with the keys and doors found on the topmost and bottom-most parts of the columns. In between the columns are Floatie viruses. Every barrel contains a virus, but the Brick Blocks have nothing in them.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage contains colorful crates and ice fans, along with viruses occupying on the other parts in the odd-numbered rows. In addition, shells are found in the second and eighth rows, while crates and Brick Blocks are found on the fourth and sixth rows.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. This stage is shaped like a fireball interspersed with viruses, Brick Blocks and barrels (both partially-broken and unbroken). All barrels in this level contain viruses.

The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins and unlock all doors. The level contains three rows of seven purple coins, with the top row unlocked in the beginning, followed by the bottom row if the top row of coins are collected, and then the middle row if the rest are collected. Above the top row of purple coins are barriers where the middle three are active and the others inactive. The middle seven columns contain keys and doors. The Brick Blocks on the left-most and right-most columns contains hidden viruses, while the second row of Brick Blocks are empty.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are yellow cages on the left, top and right sides of the stage containing Brick Blocks and viruses, with its corresponding Lock Block found in the middle column.There are red cages each holding an exploder, with its corresponding Lock Block found in the barrel on the right side. Every other barrel contains viruses.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and break all colorful crates. This stage is shaped like a funnel, with the Empty Blocks forming the slopes, and below the blocks are crates. Five Floatie viruses within bubbles are found in the middle column blocked by a colorful crate, along with colorful crates in a checkered pattern. Viruses are found in the top-most row.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage is shaped like a diamond, containing virus in bubbles interwoven with Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses and a fully frozen flask in the middle. Two additional partially-frozen flasks are found on the second row. Filled flasks in this stage shoot out either viruses in bubbles or skill chargers.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all Virus Coins. This stage contains colorful crates along the top two rows, with four found in each row. Barriers are found near the Empty Blocks. In the middle column, five Floatie viruses are found. The Virus Coins are found behind each virus in the leftmost two rows and the rightmost two rows, along with two big ones at the top and bottom in the middle three columns.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. This stage contains Lock Blocks in the middle column. Red cages are found in the middle row, yellow cages are found in the middle column and light-blue cages are found on the left and right columns and a few at the top and bottom rows. A shell is hidden inside the Brick Block next to the red Lock Block. Among the Brick Blocks with coins, the bottom-left and bottom-right groups have two each in the ones nearer to the middle column, while the top-left and top-right groups have three each in the ones nearer to the middle point.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, four Capsule Plus capsules are found along the fifth and eighth rows, along Floatie viruses. The second row contains viruses and a Floatie virus. All Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, ice fans forming a swirling line are found in the middle columns, with several viruses within the "curves". On the two leftmost and two rightmost columns, bubble viruses and viruses in clouds are found among Brick Blocks. Crates are found between the columns with ice fans and the columns with brick blocks. The sequence in which the coins are unlocked are the following:
  1. Three coins from the left side in the tenth row and second coin in the fourth row
  2. Third coin in the first row, fourth coin in the second row and first and third coins in the seventh row
  3. First coin in the first row, second coin in the seventh row and the rest of the coins in both the fourth and tenth rows
  4. Remaining coins in the first and seventh rows.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and unlock all doors. In this stage, rows of colorful crates are found below rows of cages and doors, with three colors of Lock Blocks found in the middle column.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, three rows of yellow and light-blue viruses are placed in a checkered pattern with crates in between. Red viruses are found above the three rows, with an outside layer of partially-damaged barrels containing them, a middle layer of partially-frozen viruses and fully-frozen viruses on the inside. An extra row of crates are found in the top-most row.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, Floatie viruses of each color in groups of three are found in clouds lined up in three columns. Brick Blocks in the third, fifth and sevent columns contain pink coins, while the others do not contain anything. Additionally, colorful crates are found throughout the stage. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out either colorful crates or exploders.

The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are three rows of barriers alternating between three rows of viruses, with one barrier in each row being the odd one out in terms of being active. Above the six rows, a row purple coins in partially-damaged barrels, with an additional five above that row.

On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being Floatie viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 8 lines are introduced.

When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Bony Beetle assistant upon completing this stage.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, five flasks are in the topmost row, separated by one column between columns. Below the flasks are four rows of crates separated by one row between crates. Floatie Viruses are found in the unoccupied columns below the bottom-most row of crates. Two of the flasks are partially filled. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses or crates that require between one and four hits to destroy.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are found in three groups of three in a row below Brick Blocks containing pink coins. In addition, the Brick Blocks in the same row as the bottom-most Capsule Plus capsules contain pink coins. Among the Empty Blocks, viruses shrouded in clouds are found.

The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors. In this stage, a row of red Floatie Viruses are found above the keys, and a row of barriers are found below the doors and a single skill charger. Between the rows of Floatie Viruses and barriers are Brick Blocks that contain hidden viruses above the red Floatie Viruses: the third row of blocks contain blue viruses and the first row of blocks contain green Floatie Viruses.

The objective of this stage is to collect all Virus Coins and purple coins. In this stage, viruses in five groups of eight in the formation of rings are found in the corners and in the center, with the middle ones being covered in dust. In the middle of the dust viruses is a purple coin that will unlock the middle column of purple coins, and collecting the other coins will unlock the rest of the purple coins. Four flasks are initially half-frozen. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out viruses.

The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are found in the odd-numbered columns, along with bubbles containing exploders and a shell in the row above the bottom-most row of Capsule Plus capsules and viruses in the other rows between Capsule Plus capsules and doors. Brick Blocks are found in the even-numbered rows and each contains pink coins. Two crates are found in the third row of this stage.

The middle Caged Coins are only unlocked after the other purple coins are collected.

The objective of this stage is to eliminiate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks. In this stage, diagonal lines of Empty Blocks, viruses, purple coins, barriers and Brick Blocks containing pink coins are arranged next to each other. Purple coins in the center diagonal line require the uncaged purple coins to be unlocked, and the purple coins near the top-left corner require all other purple coins to be collected before it is unlocked.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are five sections separated by barriers and Empty Blocks. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, purple coins (caged and uncaged) are separated by Brick Blocks, with crates surrounding the area save for a lone Brick Block above the column of bubble viruses. After the unlocked purple coins are collected, the caged coins in the columns next to them are unlocked, followed by the columns next to them, and then finally the purple coins in the leftmost and rightmost columns are unlocked.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all Brick Blocks. In this stage, half-frozen ice fans are blocked by half-frozen Brick Blocks on three sides except the left for the bottom row of fans and the right for the top row of fans. Occupying the gaps are viruses.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, viruses shrouded in clouds are found, along with a shell in a bubble next to them. Moreover, hidden viruses are found in the bottom-most row of Brick Blocks. At the top of the stage, viruses are found directly below colorful crates. In the same row as the colorful crates, bubble viruses are found. The top portion of viruses are surrounded by crates and bubble viruses, with an exploder in the middle.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, half-frozen viruses in groups of two in a row are surrounded by crates at the top and bottom of them, and a barrier in the same row as them. In the middle are Brick Blocks in three diagonal lines, with viruses placed above the Brick Blocks except for the topmost one.

The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all viruses to be eliminated and all doors to be unlocked. Keys are found in the bottom-most row, and it starts out with three rows of blue colorful crates with with a number of like-colored viruses in a row above them. The next three rows contain Lock Blocks locking colorful crates are found, along with the corresponding Lock Block, viruses and a door in the middle. Above that is a row containing doors in the other odd-numbered columns and green cages locking Brick Blocks and the corresponding Lock Block. The next row contains viruses and a set of red cages, in which the Lock Block is located in the row above along with viruses and doors in the even-numbered columns. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 7 lines are introduced.

Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 12. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket that lets them unlock either a new doctor, a new assistant, or leveling up an existing doctor or assistant.

Within a 75 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, active barriers in the even-numbered columns are locked behind cages, with a Lock Block in the middle column. In the odd-numbered columns, viruses and inactive barriers are found in alternating places.

Within a 50 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses and clear all barriers. In this stage, viruses and shells are found on the left side and barriers are found on the right. When the stage begins, the top three rows of barriers are inactive while the rest of the barriers are active.

Within a 95 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses and clear all crates. In this stage, the barriers form four quartets, with each section containing twelve viruses surrounding crates each requiring four clears to break. Active barriers are found in the middle column and inactive barriers are found in the middle row, with a shell in the intersection.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, including any that appears from flasks. In this stage, there are four quadrants partially separated by Empty Blocks each containing four barrels, along with flasks in the four corners. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses or Brick Blocks. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Fire Peach.
