Area 1

Image Stage Overview
Stage 321 from Dr. Mario World Stage 321 This stage introduces Flasks, which shoots out random objects at empty spaces if a capsule landed without making a match. The random objects vary by stage, so in this stage for example, the random objects could be viruses or Exploders. Moreover, larger Flasks shoot out more objects compared to the smaller ones. Each empty Flask will fully fill after 5 capsule landings. The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses, including any that appear from the Flask.
Stage 322 from Dr. Mario World Stage 322 This stage contains viruses that are blocked by Crates (each requiring 4 matches to clear) except for the bottom, with two keys outside of it. Instead of clearing all the viruses, the objective of this stage is to clear a path for the Keys to reach the Doors.
Stage 323 from Dr. Mario World Stage 323 This stage features Lock Blocks and Floatie Viruses that obstruct the path between the keys and the doors, in addition to Crates. Shells and Exploders (added since version 1.3.5) are available to help clear the path.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 41 to 45.
  • Exploders are added directly above the keys, replacing crates.
  • The virus on the top-left is changed to a Floatie Virus while the virus directly below it, originally a Floatie Virus, is changed to a regular virus.
  • Additional viruses are added directly above the bottom-most row of boxes.
  • The bottom-most row of crates now require two matches to clear instead of three.
Stage 324 from Dr. Mario World Stage 324 This stage features Coins, where the ones at the top and bottom rows must be cleared before the ones on the left and right columns are unlocked. Both viruses and Coins must be cleared to clear this stage.
Stage 325 from Dr. Mario World Stage 325 This stage contains viruses above and below Empty Blocks on the top part of the stage, in addition to Shells and Exploders. Viruses in the shape of a "U" are on the bottom-left part of the stage, and on the bottom-right, Brick Blocks are found, with the middle hiding viruses and coins being found in the outer layer of blocks shaped like a "U".
Stage 326 from Dr. Mario World Stage 326 This stage introduces Colorful Crates, which can only be broken if a like-colored match is made adjacent to them.
Stage 327 from Dr. Mario World Stage 327 This stage features Floatie Viruses surrounded by Colorful Crates.

The capsule count is raised from 39 to 42 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Stage 328 from Dr. Mario World Stage 328 This stage features Lock Blocks with the unlocking capsules and Floatie Viruses situated between rows of locked blocks.
Stage 329 from Dr. Mario World Stage 329 This stage featues viruses encased in ice forming a square, along with Crates, Keys and Locks forming a diamond with Brick Blocks inside the formation.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 39 to 43.
  • A number of crates changed from requiring three clears to two.
  • Viruses can be found in Brick Blocks.
Stage 330 from Dr. Mario World Stage 330 This stage features Caged Coins locked behind Lock Blocks, which requires clearing the Coins in the middle and the Lock Blocks to be unlocked to fully unlock. In addition, Caged Coins are found in Brick Blocks that are unlocked after the first set of Caged Coins are cleared.
Stage 331 from Dr. Mario World Stage 331 The objective of this stage is to clear all Crates and viruses. There are light-blue Lock Blocks that require clearing the middle of the bottom-right formation to unlock. Ice Fans and Bubble viruses are found in the bottom-right formation, in addition to the lock capsule. Shells can be found in the bottom 3 rows of Lock Blocks.
Stage 332 from Dr. Mario World Stage 332 This stage contains Crates and Brick Blocks locked behind red Lock Blocks, with the lock capsule situated at the topmost row. It also features Floatie Viruses on the left and right columns, along with Exploders confined within the structure.
Stage 333 from Dr. Mario World Stage 333 This stage features Brick Blocks containing Coins, along with Coins interspersed among viruses at the third to seventh rows.

Prior to version 1.2.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Coins at the third to fifth rows are changed to Caged Coins. Clearing the existing Coins will unlock the third row of Caged Coins, and clearing that row of Coins will unlock the rest of the Coins.
  • The top row of Brick Blocks do not contain Coins.
  • Additional viruses are added to the third row.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 40 to 42.
  • Two Crates each requiring four clears are added in the middle column.
Stage 334 from Dr. Mario World Stage 334 This stage is shaped like a right-angle rainbow, and contains Lock Blocks that contain Colorful Crates in the light-blue and red ones, and Ice Fans in the green ones. Additionally, viruses in Bubbles are found throughout the stage.

The capsule count is raised from 33 to 36 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Stage 335 from Dr. Mario World Stage 335 The objective of this stage is to clear all viruses and unlock all Doors. This stage contains Colorful Crates and viruses around the crates, including Dust Viruses. Additionally, a Shell and Exploder appear on the middle row.
Stage 336 from Dr. Mario World Stage 336 The stage layout is shaped like a mirrored percentage symbol (%). On the "dot" portions, viruses are surrounding Ice Fans, plus there's a Lock Capsule located on the top portion. The lock capsule will unlock the Exploders, which are sandwiched between viruses encased in two layers of Ice.
Stage 337 from Dr. Mario World Stage 337 The objective of this stage is to clear all viruses and unlock all Doors. Between the Keys and Doors are Colorful Crates. Viruses are found on the left and right of the Colorful Crates and Doors, with an empty middle column.
Stage 338 from Dr. Mario World Stage 338 This stage features viruses hugging against Ice Fans, along with Colorful Crates that block the other side of the viruses and a lone virus in the top-left corner. Shells are available in this stage.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 33 to 37.
  • Exploders are added within the red and green Colorful Crates.
  • Ice Fans are encased in one layer of ice.
Stage 339 from Dr. Mario World Stage 339 This stage features Lock Blocks, with the red lock capsule being more easily accessible compared to the green one, as it is surrounded by viruses. The red Lock Blocks will unlock a row of viruses including Floatie Viruses, along with a row of Crates that must be broken to access the top two rows of viruses.
Stage 340 from Dr. Mario World Stage 340 The last stage of the first area, this stage has a unique objective: in addition to unlocking Doors (visible only after the stage scrolls), 25 red and light-blue Viruses are each required to be cleared instead of all of them, while clearing the green Viruses do not contribute to the objective. This stage will scroll for 1 line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 7 lines are introduced.

When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Star Bunny assistant upon completing this stage.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 33 to 37.
  • Additional Colorful Crates are scattered throughout the beginning portion of the stage.

Area 2

Image Stage Overview
Stage 341 from Dr. Mario World Stage 341 This stage introduces the Capsule Plus, which when cleared, will increase the Capsule count by the number displayed. Every time a Capsule is added to the stage, the number for every Capsule Plus is reduced by one, disappearing entirely if the number reaches zero.
Stage 342 from Dr. Mario World Stage 342 In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are interspersed among Brick Blocks and viruses.
Stage 343 from Dr. Mario World Stage 343 This stage features several Capsule Plus capsules found among viruses, with numbers ranging from 3 to 7.
Stage 344 from Dr. Mario World Stage 344 This stage features three Floatie Viruses on the rightmost column, along with viruses hidden in Brick Blocks. Additionally, Crates each encased in a layer of ice are found throughout this stage.
Stage 345 from Dr. Mario World Stage 345 This stage is shaped like a "V". It contains Crates blocking the way to the viruses, along with Shells and Exploders among them. All Brick Blocks contain Coins, which must be collected in addition to clearing the viruses.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 42 to 44.
  • A Shell and an Exploder each replaced viruses on the left and right sides.
Stage 346 from Dr. Mario World Stage 346 This stage contains a boundary of Crates, along with Keys and Doors. A Shell an an Exploder are found within the boundary, while viruses are found outside the boundary, except for the bottom.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 40 to 43.
  • Certain Crates above the left and right Keys are changed from requiring four clears to three clears.
Stage 347 from Dr. Mario World Stage 347 This stage contains Coins shaped like a "U", with viruses found within the boundary of Coins. Every Brick Block contains Coins that must be collected.
Stage 348 from Dr. Mario World Stage 348 This stage contains viruses arranged in a triangle that are blocked off by fans, colorful crates and coins. The locked coins requires the top-most coins to be cleared before the next top-most coins will be unlocked, two at a time, with the two bottom-most coins being unlocked simultaneously when both remains.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 39 to 44.
  • Certain fans are encased in a layer of ice.
  • Players are guaranteed to start with a double rainbow capsule.
Stage 349 from Dr. Mario World Stage 349 This stage has the same layout as Stage 288, except instead of Floatie Viruses and viruses, Capsule Plus capsules and Crates are found. As viruses are absent in this stage, the objective of this stage is different: all Crates and Brick Blocks must be cleared.
Stage 350 from Dr. Mario World Stage 350 This stage is a scrolling stage where viruses are found in Brick Blocks, dust and Lock Blocks. The lock capsules are found in Brick Blocks at the topmost portion of the stage. Capsule Plus capsules are found in clouds separated by Colorful Crates. This stage will scroll for 1 line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 7 lines are introduced.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Crates and Brick Blocks are removed from the bottom-most row.
  • The two bottom-most Capsule Plus capsules start with a count of 10 instead of 7
  • An Exploder covered in dust replaces a Dust Virus at the middle of the second bottom-most row.
  • An Exploder covered in dust replaces a Dust Virus at the middle of the fourth topmost row.
Stage 351 from Dr. Mario World Stage 351 This stage is shaped like an "X", where the viruses in the top portion are covered in clouds.
Stage 352 from Dr. Mario World Stage 352 This stage contains two groups of viruses each shaped like right-angle triangles, and among them three Floatie Viruses are found, two on one side and one on the others. Separating the two groups are Crates and Ice Fans.
Stage 353 from Dr. Mario World Stage 353 The stage is shaped like a triangle, in which Coins from the bottom row will need to be cleared to unlock the Caged Coins found in the next-bottom row. All Brick Blocks have Coins that need to be collected.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 40 to 42.
  • Two Exploders are added in the second bottom-most row between Brick Blocks.
Stage 354 from Dr. Mario World Stage 354 This stage is shaped like a four-petaled flower, where viruses and Ice Fans form the petals, while the Colorful Crates form the pistil. An Exploder can be found in the middle of the Colorful Crates.
Stage 355 from Dr. Mario World Stage 355 In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are found in Lock Blocks surrounded by Crates, which is unlocked by clearing the lock capsule in the middle, also surrounded by Crates. Shells can be found in the same rows as the Capsule Plus capsules.
Stage 356 from Dr. Mario World Stage 356 This stage contains three columns of Coins in Bubbles, along with Brick Blocks containing Coins on the leftmost and rightmost columns. Viruses are not required to be cleared in this stage.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 44 to 46.
  • Brick Blocks in the topmost row are removed.
  • 8 viruses are added above the columns with existing viruses.
Stage 357 from Dr. Mario World Stage 357 This stage contains Keys that are blocked by Colorful Crates and Brick Blocks, along with Brick Blocks containing Coins: three in the second row of Brick Blocks, five in the third row and two (three prior to version 1.2.0) in the fourth row.

Prior to version 1.2.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • The bottom-most row of Brick Blocks are removed.
  • Two viruses are added in the same row as the second Exploder from the top.
  • An Exploder is added in the middle of the seventh row, replacing a Brick Block containing Coins.
Stage 358 from Dr. Mario World Stage 358 In this stage, two rows of Brick Blocks are in red Lock Blocks. Additionally, Floatie Viruses in Bubbles are found below the second row of Brick Blocks. Exploders are surrounded by Crates between the rows of Brick Blocks. The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses and Crates.

The capsule count is raised from 45 to 47 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Stage 359 from Dr. Mario World Stage 359 In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are scattered throughout Brick Blocks and Empty Blocks. Viruses can be found in some of the Brick Blocks.
Stage 360 from Dr. Mario World Stage 360 The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all viruses and Brick Blocks to be cleared. It starts out with a layer of Viruses, followed by Capsule Plus capsules within Colorful Crates and Crates. Following that are another group of viruses, and after that are Colorful Crates among Brick Blocks. Another group of viruses appear after that, and later on are Exploders surrounded by Brick Blocks and Crates. The topmost line contains more viruses. This stage will scroll for 1 line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 11 lines are introduced.

Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 9. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket that lets them unlock either a new doctor, a new assistant, or leveling up an existing doctor or assistant.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 20 to 22.
  • A row of Empty Blocks are removed from the topmost portion of the stage, rendering the level with one less row.
  • 6 viruses are added in the bottom-most two rows.
  • Two Capsule Plus capsules are replaced with Exploders in the fourth bottom-most row.
  • The remaining Capsule Plus capsules increased its count from 20 to 25.
  • Crates in the forth bottom-most row require three clears instead of four.
  • 2 viruses are added in the Brick Blocks found in the second leftmost and rightmost Brick Blocks below the Exploders near the topmost portion of the stage.
