Gargantua Koopa Troopas are Koopa Troopas from Big Island (World 4 from Super Mario Bros. 3). They are basically just gigantic Koopas. Basically, if Mario or Luigi stomp them, they would pop in into their shells; leaving as a large shell to use to knock various objects and enemies.
A close relative of the Gargantua Koopa Troopas appear in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They are named Ankoopas. However, Ankoopas had the ability to walk upright.
Super Dry Bones may be the skeletons of Gargantua Koopa Troopas.
