Builder Mario

Builder Mario is one of Mario's many forms. This form is only found in Super Mario Maker 2, with it being obtainable with the Super Hammer exclusively in the Super Mario 3D World theme. It changes Mario and Luigi's attire to yellow shirts, colored overalls, a tool belt, and a hardhat. Toad's and Toadette's attire add tool belts and hardhats. It grants Mario and co. the ability to wield a large hammer to slam the environment and enemies alike. Unlike Hammer Mario, where the hammers are arched projectiles, Builder Mario uses them as a melee weapon. Builder Mario can also create a maximum of five crates to be used as platforms across water and lava.
