Level Preview Description
Rumble Falls Rumble Falls screenshot in New Play Control! Donkey Kong Jungle Beat Rumble Falls is the first area of the Pineapple Kingdom. In it, one must climb from the base of a massive waterfall to the top. Rumble Falls has many unique plants which aid Donkey Kong's ascent to the top. One of these uncommon plants is the Bubble Shrubs, which Donkey Kong can activate with his clapping abilities. This flower, upon being entered, encases the ape in a bubble, which floats him to the top of the waterfall. Helper Monkeys also aid him by throwing him to more flowers, such as Banandelions. Other obstacles in this level include tightropes, which bounce Donkey Kong to higher areas.
Pristine Sea Pristine Sea.png Pristine Sea is the second area of the Pineapple Kingdom. Here, Donkey Kong uses his swimming abilities to progress through most of the stage. He encounters Banana Squids in this stage, which leave bananas behind when approached, along with underwater flowers and clams that give out bananas when hit by a sound wave. One of the major obstacles in this level is its many ocean currents, which push Donkey Kong through the water and sometimes block important pathways filled with bananas. At the bottom of the ocean, Donkey Kong meets the fourth and final Jungle Buddy, Orco, who carries him to the end of the level.
VS. Karate Kong VsKarate Kong.png Karate Kong is faced while traveling down a river on a log. Karate Kong looks like an elderly Kong, with white hair, a beard, and wearing a purple robe. He attacks by swinging its hand at the Kong twice, and, upon doing it a second time, the Kong can punch him. When he reaches half HP, he gains the ability to kick at the Kong in mid-air. When he runs out of health, he falls on his face, unconscious.
