This article is about the enemies from The Legend of Zelda series. For other uses of the term "bubble", see Bubble (disambiguation).

Bubbles are enemies that have recurred throughout The Legend of Zelda series. They resemble winged skulls engulfed in flames. They can curse Link and prevent him from using his sword.

Bubbles also appears in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS as Smash Run enemies, taking their appearance from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. There are two varieties of Bubble: Red Bubbles and Blue Bubbles, which can burn and freeze the player respectively on contact.

Bubble Bubble trophy NA: A skull wreathed in flames. If that wasn't hardcore enough for you, in Brawl they'd leave a curse on anyone who touched them. In Smash Run, the red ones attack with shocks and are weak against ice, and the blue ones attack with ice and are weak against fire. Just keep that in mind when you're taking them on, and you'll be fine.

Trivia

  • The Bubbles' trophy claims that they appear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and lists a supposed action it could perform on the player, even though they never appear in any capacity in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
