Template:Anotherlanguage Template:Species-infobox Tarman (タールマン[1]) is a large tar-like enemy in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. It appears only in volcanic areas such as Grim Volcano and Ancient Foundry; emerges from magma and ceilings. It attacks by firing out Kuro Yōseies that forms into an attacker flying toward Donkey Kong. If it hits him, he loses beats (a heart in the New Play Control! version). Its attack can be repelled using Sound Wave Attack to damage Tarman, repeating this 3 or 5 times in a row will defeat it. Once Tarman is defeated, 8 bananas will be received.
