Template:Worldbox Superstar Road is the ninth and final world of New Super Mario Bros. U. It is similar to World 9, but is also a homage to Star Road from Super Mario World. The portal to this world is on an island nearby Sparkling Waters and can only be accessed via a pipe. This is the only world where two of the power-ups from New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Propeller Mushrooms and Penguin Suits, can be found. There are a total of 9 levels in this world, 8 of which are only accessible by collecting all the Star Coins from each world while the last one can be unlocked by completed all other Superstar Road levels with 3 Star Coins collected.

Superstar Road-1 Spine-Tingling Spine Coaster File:NSMBU 1-SpineTinglingSpineCoaster.Still003.jpg The first level of Superstar Road. This level is similar to Rock-Candy Mines-6: Thrilling Spine Coaster, but it takes place in a Acorn Plains setting and has Mega Fuzzies patrolling the area.
Superstar Road-2 Run for It File:NSMBU 2-RunforItP1.Still002.jpg The second level of Superstar Road. This has a Layer-Cake Desert setting and where the player must hit the P-Switches and run as quickly as possible and hit another switch.
Superstar Road-3 Swim for Your Life! File:NSMBU 3-SwimforYourLife.Still002.jpg The third level of Superstar Road. This takes place in a Sparkling Waters setting and where a Cheep-Chomp appears to try and eat Mario.
Superstar Road-4 Hammerswing Caverns File:NSMBU 4-HammerswingCaverns.Still001.jpg The fourth level of Superstar Road. This has a Frosted Glacier underground setting and where hammer-shaped swinging platforms appear.
Superstar Road-5 Spinning Platforms of Doom File:Spinning Platforms of Doom.jpg The fifth level of Superstar Road. This looks similar to Soda Jungle-4: Painted Swampland, but has rotating platforms.
Superstar Road-6 Fire Bar Cliffs File:NSMBU 6-FireBarCliffs.Still001.jpg The sixth level of Superstar Road. This has a Rock-Candy Mines setting and where there are many giant Firebars.
Superstar Road-7 Lakitu! Lakitu! Lakitu! File:NSMBU 7-LakituLakutiLakitu.Still001.jpg The seventh level of Superstar Road that has a Meringue Clouds setting and where Lakitus appear.
Superstar Road-8 Pendulum Castle File:NSMBU 8-PendulumCastle.Still001.jpg The eighth level of Superstar Road. This looks similar to Peach's Castle-The Icon of Princess Peach's Castle from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.2: The Final Battle, but features Ball 'n' Chains and Donut Blocks instead.
Superstar Road-9 Follow that Shell! File:NSMBU 9-FollowThatShell.Still001.jpg The ninth level of Superstar Road. This takes place a sky setting, but there are trails of Coins that can only be collected by Koopa Shells.
