The List of Implied Organizations is a list of organizations that have not physically appeared up in any form of media to this point in time. Regardless of their lack of appearance, implied organizations have been mentioned at least once throughout the Mario series.

Beanbean Air

Beanbean Air is an unseen line of aircraft in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. The planes fly from the Beanbean Kingdom's airport to a Mushroom Kingdom Airport. It is unknown if the airline flies anywhere else other than the Mushroom Kingdom, but it is possible. A Beanish lady says that Chuckola Cola is prohibited onboard Beanbean Air.

Boyz II Pumpkins

Boyz II Pumpkins is a contemporary band mentioned by Frogfucius in the Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars Nintendo Player's Guide.[1] Frogfucius cites the band as an example of the poor music being produced in the contemporary era, compared to the music he grew up with as a child. He states: "When I was a wee tadpole, we had real music. None of this Boyz II Pumpkins nonsense." The name Boyz II Pumpkins is a combination of two real world recording groups, both popular in the 1990s: Boyz II Men, an R&B group, and The Smashing Pumpkins, an alternative rock group. Indeed, Frogfucius, as a stereotypical "elderly person," may simply be confusing each group as the same band, producing the name "Boyz II Pumpkins."

Brooklyn Dodgers

The Brooklyn Dodgers is a fictional Brooklyn baseball team coached by Tommy Lasagna. It was mentioned during The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! live-action segment "Two Bums from Brooklyn". The team is named for after the non-fictional team of the same name. Decades before The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! began airing, the real Brooklyn Dodgers relocated to Los Angeles, where they became the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Mario and Luigi hoped Mr. Lasagna would recruit them for the team. Unimpressed with both their skills and their cooking, Mr. Lasagna decided to bring their meatballs back for his team to practice with in lieu of actual baseballs, and offered them jobs tossing peanuts at ballgames.

Brooklyn Plumbing School

The Brooklyn Plumbing School is a school at which at which Mario and Luigi were members of the band for three years. The band is called the Brooklyn Plumbing School Band. The only mention of these organizations was by Mario and Luigi during The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! animated episode "The Pied Koopa". During the episode, Toad asks the brothers if they can play the instruments they had created out of Bowser's Castle's plumbing. Luigi responded that they had been in the band. Mario commented that they were thrown out for eating during a concert. Luigi maintains that he was not, but had simply held Mario's salami sandwich while his brother turned the page. Because of this, it can be inferred know they sat in close proximity. Mario had made a trumpet while Luigi created a trombone, two instruments that are classically situated nearby one another.

Chippie Chipmunks

The Chippie Chipmunks are a group of people who are dedicated to performing good deeds towards others. It was mentioned during The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! live-action segment "Chippie Chipmunks".

The leader of the Chippie Chipmunks may or may not be Mr. Gibbel, although at the very least, he is a high-ranking member. It is unknown how many members there are, as Mario and Mr. Gibbel are the only confirmed ones. The size of the group is also unknown, as it may be either a local, Brooklyn group, or something on a larger scale. Members such as Mr. Gibbel wear a brown costume with a chipmunk emblem on the front with a matching chipmunk hat, and greet other Chipmunks in a chipmunk-like manner.

The Chippie Chipmunks have a contest every month to see which member is worthy of becoming Chipmunk of the Month through performing enough good deeds. The winner is evaluated on a points system, and will receive a Secret Chippie Decoder Ring at a special awards ceremony roughly one week after winning.

Crowhall University

A university for Crows. It is the University Ronnie is aiming for. It is apparently a really good school.

Diamond Software

Diamond Software is a fictional company that's introduced in WarioWare: D.I.Y. They seem to be rivals of WarioWare Inc. They publish microgames like WarioWare Inc. and not only that, but they also publish comics and records.

The premade microgame sets/records/comics for Mona, Ashley, Jimmy T., Orbulon and 9-Volt (who had abandonned WarioWare for this company) are found in this category of the D.I.Y. Shop portion of the game. Players are also able to receive records from them for the D.I.Y. Shop by completing achievements.

Foppish Gourmet Weekly

Foppish Gourmet Weekly is (presumably) a food magazine mentioned in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Extremely little is known about it, other than that Flavio is its editor.

Foppish Gourmet Weekly' is brought up during Chapter 5: The Key to Pirates. It is first mentioned during Mario's quest to receive Scarlette's bottle of Chuckola Cola for Bobbery. Flavio ends up having the bottle, and cops-out of giving it to Mario by dubbing it one of their few supplies and demanding a replacement for it. It is then that he claims to be the editor of the magazine, and refers to himself as a food expert.

As stated above, little is known about the magazine. The food that Flavio ends up settling for is a Coconut, which he describes as slightly clichéd but fitting (which could be an attitude similar to that of the magazine, if it even is a magazine).

Foppish means "refined in manner."

Fungus Bureau of Investigation

The Fungus Bureau of Investigation (occasionally shortened to F.B.I.) is an organization mentioned briefly in the Nintendo Comics System issue "Duh Stoopid Bomb!".

Though it is unknown what the Fungus Bureau of Investigation does, it may be a spying and espionage organization, as Toad, who is apparently an F.B.I. member, is shown to be acting as a spy for the F.B.I. in "Duh Stoopid Bomb!"

Goldbobbington's

Goldbobbington's is a large corporation that Goldbob the Bob-omb owns. It was mentioned during Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Not much is known about this corporation, only that it is a wealthy organization. If Mario speaks to Goldbob's wife Sylvia at some point during Chapter 3, she erroneously refers to the corporation as "Golbobbington's" (spelt without the D).

Goomba Environmental Board

The Goomba Environmental Board is an organization mentioned by Goombario in Paper Mario when he tattles in a certain area of Toad Town Tunnels. Not much is known about it except for the fact that it is implied to be run by Goombas.

Hafta Havit Hairdryer Hotline Corp

Hafta Havit Hairdryer Hotline Corp, or HHHHC, is a mail-order company, presumably headquartered on Earth, mentioned in Mario is Missing!. Little is known about them apart from the fact that they sell hairdryers. Bowser ordered many hairdryers from them in his campaign to melt the Earth's polar ice caps. As a result, their stock went through the roof, and they were rather angry that Luigi put a stop to the Koopa King's scheme.

Their name is a pun on "have to have it."

Happy Gardener's Monthly

Happy Gardener's Monthly is a society of garderners who presumably collaborate over editing a magazine eponymously entitled "Happy Gardener Monthly". Little else is known about Happy Gardener's Monthly, except that the Gardener of Rose Town, upon successfully growing a beanstalk will exclaim that he'll be able to impress his buddies at Happy Gardener's Monthly, and is a shoe-in to appear in their next issue.

Hospital

The hospital is an organization that treats Glitz Pit fighters in Glitzville. Details are slim, but paramedics rush out to assist fighters who are seriously hurt in the ring. One of the Goomba Bros., mocking Mario, tells Grubba that he should call an ambulance for Mario before their fight even began.

International Evil Concerns Inc.

International Evil Concerns Inc. is Count Cannoli's company. It is apparently the company that built the Mad Hat Mk. III. Not much is known about it, and it is even only talked about in the enemy glossary, when viewing the Mad Hat Mk. III, as the other two models, the Mad Hat Mk. I, and the Mad Hat Mk. II were built different ways. The Mad Hat Mk. I was custom built, and the Mad Hat Mk. II was past down from his family.

Koopa Corps.

Koopa Corps is a corporation briefly implied in Paper Mario. It is implied that Koopa Corps. promotionates the 64th Trivia Quiz-off, as told by Mr. Hammer.

Koopa Kickers

Koopa Kickers is a Koopa soccer team implied in Super Paper Mario. It is mentioned in Soopa Striker's Catch Card description. Almost nothing is know about it except that the Soopa Strikers is their leader.

Luigi Fan Club

The Luigi Fan Club is, as the name suggests, a fan club for Mario's brother, Luigi mentioned in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. There are only two known members of this fan club, Toadia (from Poshley Heights), the secretary, and an unnamed Toad from Petalburg, the leader. These two characters provide the only mentions of the club. Several other characters in the game also state their favoritism of Luigi, especially in Petalburg.

The secretary ironically mistook Mario for Luigi because Mario was wearing a green hat and shirt. When she met the real Luigi, she called him a fake.

Missing Bird Bureau

The Missing Bird Bureau is an organization briefly mentioned in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "The Bird! The Bird!".

Judging from its name, it can be surmised that the Missing Bird Bureau is employed by individuals to search for missing birds, as evidenced by a Birdo using it to find her missing child, Cheepy.

Moleville Safety Board

The Moleville Saftey Board regulates the usage of minecarts in the Moleville Mines. They don't seem to have much of a presence though.

Mushroom Wrestling Federation

A flyer of Mushroom Wrestling Federation.

The Mushroom Wrestling Federation is an organization that hosts wrestling matches in the Mushroom Kingdom.

The Mushroom Wrestling Federation was only ever mentioned in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Tag Team Trouble". In the episode, they were hosting a Tag Team Wrestling Tournament, which had a one-million Gold Coin grand prize.

The only known employee of the federation (although others must exist) is the Mushroom Referee.

A similar fighting organization appears in the town of Glitzville in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

Neighborhood gang

The actual name of this group is unknown, but during the first encounter with Jr. Troopa in Paper Mario, Goompa will state that he's the boss of a "neighborhood gang." It is unknown who else was part of this group, as none of its members other than Jr. Troopa were ever seen in the game. Jr. Troopa claims a forest clearing behind Goomba Village as his territory.

Public Broadcasting Service

The Public Broadcasting Service, or PBS, is a Real World television station. Unlike the real PBS, the station is only known to play nature related television shows. In the Super Mario World episode, "Rock TV," Mario and Luigi prepared to watch their Koopasonic Rock TV for the first time. Princess Toadstool declared that she and Yoshi would not watch it, but would go on a nature walk instead. Mario considered the possibility that the pair might appear on PBS.

Pidgit Express

The Pidgit Express is an organization briefly mentioned in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Mario's Magic Carpet".

Little is known of the Pidgit Express, though its possible it is a mercenary group, as King Koopa, through a phone call, hires a dozen Pidgits to attack Mario, Luigi, Toad and the genie's flying carpet through it. Strangely, only 9 come, though it is still said it is a pack of twelve.

Rogueport Restoration Committee

The Rogueport Restoration Committee is a mysterious organization spoken of in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The Committee is responsible for the publication of every issue of the Rogueport Direct Mail Service.

Very little is known about this committee. Based on its name, its goals are obviously to "restore" Rogueport, although it's unknown exactly how. Based on their support of the Rogueport Direct Mail Service, it is possible that they're only attempting to attract tourists and new citizens to Rogueport.

Sigil Securities

Sigil Securities is a global company in Wario: Master of Disguise. Carpaccio, who mention Sigil Securities several times, is the head of it. It is known that Carpaccio used the financial might of this company to develop a morphing technology that helped him become Head Honcho Carpaccio.

Carpaccio says that the slogan of the company is "We're hard at work watching your back... that way it's easier to pick your pocket."

Slime Busters

The Slime Busters is a small organization that was referrenced in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! live-action segment "Slime Busters".

Not much is known about the Slime Busters, except that they specialize in exterminating Slime Ghosts, and possibly other monsters. They are eerily similar to the Ghostbusters, as they use similar-looking equipment, and drive a van reminiscent of the Ghostbusters' own Ecto-1.

Ernie Hudson is the only known member of the Slime Busters, but there's a good chance that Harold Ramis, Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd are members too, as they were Ernie's co-stars in both Ghostbusters films.

The Germ Prevention Society

The Germ Prevention Society is mentioned on in Super Paper Mario. They leave graffiti in the bathroom in Merlee's Mansion saying: "Flush thrice after use!"

University of Goom

The University of Goom (also known as U Goom) is a university mentioned in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Goombella attended this college at some unknown time prior to her adventures with Mario in and around Rogueport. Interestingly, her teacher was Professor Frankly, who was doing research in Rogueport during the events of the game. The exact location of U Goom is unknown.

Kolorado, the Koopa archaeologist from Paper Mario, was also one of Professor Frankly's students. As such, it is likely (although not confirmed) that Kolorado attended U Goom. This would also imply that the university was not strictly a school for Goombas.

Goombella's statements towards the beginning of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door imply that she had only recently arrived in Rogueport, seemingly confirming that U Goom is not located in the rogue-filled city. However, Goombella actually describes herself as "a student in Rogueport" on the official Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door website, suggesting that she had not yet graduated and that the University of Goom is located in Rogueport.

In Japanese, U Goom is called クリフォルニア大学 (Kuriforunia Daigaku), a pun on "California" and Kuribō, the Japanese name for Goombas.

WIN-tendo

WIN-tendo is a company found in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. It is only mentioned in the controls of the arcade game in Little Fungitown called Star 'Stache Smash. Its name is based on the phrase "win" and Nintendo. WIN-tendo is never mentioned again.

It is unknown what WIN-tendo does; however, because of its name in the arcade, it probably makes arcade games (like Nintendo).

Yoshi Fan Club

The Yoshi Fan Club is a club made by Boddle, a big Yoshi fan in the game Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Because the club us only mentioned in the game, it is unknown what the club does but they have their own theater, named the Yoshi Theater, where many Yoshis gather. It is possibly made up of many Yoshis and some Beanish people. A Beanish person in this club helped Mario and Luigi with finding Neon Eggs.
