World 18 (Dr. Mario World)

World 18 is a colorful sea world. in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 11 PM PT on Jul. 29, 2020[1], while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 11 PM PT on Aug. 12, 2020[2].
When an area is cleared, Cheep Cheeps, Deep Cheeps and Sushis appear. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, blue and green.

In this stage, each of the larger virus coins are covered by crates and Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses and exploders, along with floatie viruses and either exploder or pop cannon in one corner of each coin. Between the larger virus coins are viruses each covering a virus coin. The flask in this stage will shoot out exploders. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all colorful crates. In this stage, the leftmost row and the first, fourth and seventh rows contain colorful crates, while the sixth and rightmost columns contain bubble machines. Each row of colorful crates contain a shell, with a pop cannon in the same row as one of the shells and the same column as the other two shells. Between the bubble machines are bubbles containing viruses, while normal viruses occupy the left of the the sixth column of bubble machines. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, the leftmost and rightmost columns contain crates with Brick Blocks (all containing coins) in between them. Within the middle seven columns, there are keys hidden inside Brick Blocks below the doors, with four columns of viruses intersected with three columns of Coin Blocks in between the rows of keys and doors. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are purple coins adjacent to Empty Blocks and a couple near Brick Blocks, along with a few crates. Normal viruses occupying the rest of the first row, ninth row, leftmost column and rightmost column. Viruses are hidden inside all the Brick Blocks. In the middle column, there are two shells and an exploder.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, the fully-frozen floatie viruses form a checkered diamond, with Brick Blocks and a key in between them. The Brick Blocks in the middle column contain hidden exploders. Pop cannons are located on the left and right of the floatie viruses, with caged crates in the same columns as the pop cannons. The cages' corresponding lock blocks are located on the very left of the third row and the very right of the seventh row. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, the leftmost and rightmost columns contain bubbles containing viruses. Between the bubbles, there are two rows of keys with fully-frozen viruses between their corresponding doors, also fully-frozen. In the other rows between the bubbles, each of them contain shells and fully-frozen viruses. |

The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks and collect all virus coins. In this stage, each of the virus coins have four barrels (all containing viruses) and a caged coin. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses, exploders or pop cannons.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all barriers. In this stage, the barriers in the even-numbered rows within the second to eighth rows are caged, while the barriers in the odd-numbered rows within the first to seventh rows are clouded. In the same rows as the clouded barriers in the third, fifth and seventh rows are viruses, while horizontally between the caged barriers are bubbles each containing floatie viruses. In the topmost row above the bubbles are barrels containing lock blocks. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there is a ring of caged purple coins in the middle three columns, with exploders and uncaged purple coins in the middle and half-frozen viruses (normal and floatie viruses) and pop cannons surrounding the ring. On the leftmost and rightmost columns, there are two Empty Blocks in each column with half-frozen viruses and a shell vertically between them.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, there are pop cannons (some half-frozen) and barrels throughout the stage that contain keys and doors, and a shell that is present at the beginning. Viruses are also found throughout the stage, with several of them half-frozen. Capsule Plus are found in the sixth revealed row, while floatie viruses are found in the seventh revewled row.
This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 9 lines are introduced. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, the floatie viruses, lock blocks, exploders and a skill charger are within an arrangement of barriers and Brick Blocks (all containing coins), where most of the barriers, most exploders, the skill charger and all Coin Blocks are caged. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all Virus Coins. This stage contains colorful crates along the top two rows, with four found in each row. Barriers are found near the Empty Blocks. In the middle column, five Floatie Viruses are found. The Virus Coins are found behind each virus in the leftmost two rows and the rightmost two rows, along with two big ones at the top and bottom in the middle three columns. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. This stage contains Lock Blocks in the middle column. Red cages are found in the middle row, yellow cages are found in the middle column and light-blue cages are found on the left and right columns and a few at the top and bottom rows. A shell is hidden inside the Brick Block next to the red Lock Block. Among the Brick Blocks with coins, the bottom-left and bottom-right groups have two each in the ones nearer to the middle column, while the top-left and top-right groups have three each in the ones nearer to the center. |

In this stage, a ring of barriers surround viruses, and those viruses surround additional barriers with Brick Blocks that contain three ice fans and a hidden virus. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, rows of colorful crates are found below rows of cages and doors, with three colors of Lock Blocks found in the middle column. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, three rows of yellow and light-blue viruses are placed in a checkered pattern with crates in between. Red viruses are found above those three rows, with an outside layer of partially damaged barrels containing them, a middle layer of half-frozen viruses and fully-frozen viruses on the inside. An extra row of crates are found in the top-most row. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, Floatie Viruses of each color in groups of three are found in clouds lined up in three columns. Brick Blocks in the third, fifth and seventh columns contain pink coins, while the others do not contain anything. Additionally, colorful crates are found on the columns that the Floatie Viruses do not occupy in the beginning. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out either colorful crates or exploders. |

The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are three rows of barriers alternating between three rows of viruses, with one barrier in each row being the odd one out in terms of being active. A row of purple coins found partially damaged barrels are located at the top of the stage before it scrolls, with an additional five coins above that row.
On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being Floatie Viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 8 lines are introduced. When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Sushi assistant upon completing this stage. |

Colorful crates are lined up on the sides above the group of Brick Blocks, along with two in the middle that are surrrounded by viruses. Every Brick Block contains coins. |

The Brick Blocks surrounded by viruses contain hidden viruses except for two, which contain keys. |

In this stage, purple coins surround two groups of 3x5 viruses, one group being half-frozen and another group encased in bubbles. In this stage, colorful crates form two horizontal lines and two vertical lines criss-crossed with each other, with viruses occupying the spaces in between, along with colorful crates shaped like a cross at the top-right corner separated by ice fans and a lone virus. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, four lines containing Empty Blocks and crates are found separated by a column of bubbles in the middle, holding viruses, Floatie Viruses and a flask. Additional viruses are found along the lines of crates and Empty Blocks. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out bubble viruses. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the layout is symmetrical, save for the colors of the viruses and shells. Lock Blocks are found in the middle column, with crates behind the blue cages, Brick Blocks behind the yellow cages and viruses behind the red cages. All Brick Blocks contain coins. The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all viruses to be eliminated. In this stage, various Floatie Viruses are found in the beginning, along with Brick Blocks and viruses in barrels throughout the stages. Bubble viruses appear eventually, and later ice fans start to appear. Exploders later appear, and a couple of half-frozen viruses one line after that. A line of regular viruses are found near the top, with the top containing a line of Empty Blocks. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 10 lines are introduced.
Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 19. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket that lets them unlock either a new doctor, a new assistant, or leveling up an existing doctor or assistant. |

A couple of viruses are found in unbroken barrels.
Completing this stage awards the player 500 coins. |

Within a 65 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, viruses are lined up in a row, with shells found in three of the rows. All rows except for the topmost row has viruses found in partially damaged barrels. Separating each row of viruses are colorful crates, each with a gap. The first row of colorful crates has a shell in the gap.
Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and a Staff Ticket. |

Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses or Brick Blocks. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Dolphin. |
