- Alex95 (talk) - Back in December, I rewrote the entirety of the Luigi article, and I think it came out great. It meets the good writing requirements and the only notice template on the page is for the upcoming Mario Sports Superstars. Not a lot of red links, either.

- Baby Luigi (talk) Organization of the page is still a huge mess. Every non video media is spliced off into their own little areas when they should be ordered chronologically (like, the Super Show appearances should be around the Super Mario Bros. 2 area or something), and that type is something we forbid. Mario Sports Superstars is pretty much propped in the middle of nowhere when, since it's not part of any series, should go on the bottom of the page beneath Super Mario Run. Profiles and Statistics section should be written about Luigi's profiles and statistics rather than listing random entries from the article. I'll take a look at the writing later.
- Bazooka Mario (talk) Lacking substantial amount of information and contains many questionable statements. See comments for full complaint.
- A51 Trooper (talk) Per Baby Luigi.
Removal of opposes
Baby Luigi
- Yoshi the Space Station Manager (talk) You do realize that the Super Show can't go near Super Mario Bros. 2 due to the series. And I would consider Mario Sports Superstars as part of the sports series. If you rewrite your oppose, then I will remove this.
- 3D Player 2010 (talk) Per Yoshi SSM.

@Yoshi the Space Station Manager (talk) That was just an example not to be taken literally because I don't want to sort through history sections to find out exactly where to put it. What I'm trying to say here is that other media needs to be ordered chronologically despite that they appear in alternate media. That is MarioWiki's policy and this article violates that by splicing the sections into the latter areas of the article. You're wrong about Mario Sports Superstars, we separate Mario Baseball, Mario Tennis, Mario Golf, and Mario Sports Mix. Mario Sports Superstars is not connected to any of those former sports, so it should be on the bottom with its own category. 18:22, 6 February 2017 (EST)

Здорово! My name is Ray Trace, Most of my experience lies on 3D modeling and modding a large variety of games: the latter point helps a lot in obtaining data for games, such as models and graphics. If you need help with anything, be it mods or even how to render a model or how I get my data from, feel free to drop by my talk page: even if I'm not actively editing, I'm always on the wiki daily, checking up on it and occasionally skimming through Recent Changes. Need help on how to upload renders of 3D models to the wiki? This thread I wrote can come in handy. My 'Shroom section, Parallax, also offers a lot of knowledge on 3D modeling as well, so go give it a read! Mario is my Userbox: |- |

HistoryRay Trace is third in command of the Protectors, and he has the most detailed history out of all characters on the wiki. BackgroundRay Trace rarely, if ever, was a background character in the many of games he appeared in. He always had a main role in the story. Super Mario seriesSuper Mario Bros.Ray Trace is the main star of Super Mario Bros. and is very often mistaken for Mario due to graphical limitations. He was sent on the order of his Commander, Dark Light, in order to rescue Peach from Bowser's nefarious doings in the Mushroom Kingdom, and he has succeeded in a much faster way than Mario could have done it. After all, Ray Trace doesn't need Super Mushrooms and Fire Flowers when he has his trusty yellow blades to aid him. However, he very much appreciates the invincibility that Super Stars provide. Still, none of this really helps against Hammer Bros, who continue being a pain to deal with. In the Super Mario All-Stars version of the game, however, in lieu of graphical improvements, Ray Trace started looking less like Ray Trace and started looking like Mario thus leading people to believe Mario was the main protagonist all along. Despite Mario looking more on-model, he cannot be even half as handsome as the third in command of the Protectors. Super Mario Bros.: The Lost LevelsRay Trace helps Mario and Luigi find the levels they lost in the game's sequel, Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. The game was notoriously difficult, as the wind would tickle Luigi's nose and cause him to sneeze at inopportune moments, blowing away potentially found lost levels. The game also proves that just because enemies can breathe underwater doesn't mean they'll actually help players find the levels. Ray Trace is the character responsible for adding oil underneath Luigi's shoes, which he claims was in fashion at the time in Norilsk. The oil causes Luigi to slip and slide, which actually improves Luigi's ability to skate around like a ballerina, and it also explains why Russia is the best country for figure skating. Super Mario Bros. 2 / Super Mario AdvanceEvery player who has played Super Mario Bros. 2 and its reissue has selected Ray Trace, who is easily the best character in the game, making other characters unnecessary and nonexistent. He has Luigi's ability to scuttle, Peach's floating, Toad's speed to pull turnips out, and Mario's stunning mediocrity. Defeating Wart was no problem, but it did cause the four characters to brew some resentment of Ray Trace. They have hatched a plan to convince the Phantos to go after him with the Key and were surprisingly successful. BS Super Mario USAThe spiritual successor to Super Mario Bros. 2, BS Super Mario USA, is practically the same game except for the increased amount of Flurries and there's ice everywhere. Despite common perceptions, just because Ray Trace is Russian doesn't mean he's powered up by ice. For some reason, Mario has turned into many terrifying golden Mario statues. Super Mario Bros. 3 / Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3In Super Mario Bros. 3 and its Game Boy Advance reissue, Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3, Bowser reproduced asexually and has conveniently birthed seven versions of himself to take over the eight total kingdoms in the entire world. Fortunately, Mushroom Kingdom was not affected, leaving Bowser with no choice but to just sit there in the poorly named Dark Land. Mario, Luigi, and a bunch of Toads named Toad in Toad Houses save the day, while Princess Peach occasionally sends letters to the brothers hoping in her wide open, unguarded, exposed castle, no one will surely kidnap her this time. Oh and Ray Trace just so happened to be there. Super Mario LandRay Trace's first attempts at dating a yellow-clad lovely princess from Sarasaland named Daisy failed very terribly in Super Mario Land. Not only did his wallet got stolen on the way to her castle, but after leaving it, he had his writing arm amputated and turned into a boomerang. No, it wasn't by Tatanga, but from Daisy merely rejecting his advances. It took several more broken legs and a crashed Sky Pop to finally convince Daisy to get his arm back. Then, Tatanga abducted him for his Protector energy, leaving it up to Mario to rescue him. Super Mario World / Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2Mario, Luigi, Ray Trace, the Protectors, Toad, Toadette, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Wiggler, Rosalina, Metal Mario, and Princess Peach vacation to Dinosaur Land in Super Mario World and its reissue shortly after the events of Super Mario Bros. 3. Just after arriving, Mario and Luigi got their cape forms and started flying around, giving rides to Baby Mario and Baby Luigi, Ray Trace and the Protectors run off to form a base, Toad and Toadette went on a stroll, Wiggler wandered off to the Forest of Illusion, and Rosalina and Metal Mario took a pipe to the Star World, all leaving Peach behind. When all characters converged back to the spot Peach was once was, she was surprisingly missing. This led to a very long lecture about Skinny Yoshi leaving princesses behind, especially since Bowser and the Koopalings just started to vacation here too. Donkey KongOne time, Donkey Kong in Donkey Kong from the Donkey Kong series pounded Ray Trace's head onto the ground while mistaking Ray Trace's beautiful yellow glowing swords as a Banana. It was a very painful experience and the resulting concussion lasted for several weeks. NES Open Tournament GolfRay Trace is playable in the Dendy version of NES Open Tournament Golf, which takes place in Russia rather than Earth. He retains his blue shirt and red-and-white striped overalls. Princess Peach is depicted as Ray Trace's caddy, who helps carry his golf equipment. Mario's Early Years! Fun with LettersLet's face it, Ray Trace definitely needs to play this game if he wants to actually read in English. Sprites

@User:Yoshi the Space Station Manager: I don't really care if it would be "nice" if they were all in one location. That violates MarioWiki:Chronology on how we order things. You might as well lump all RPGs, all platformers, all puzzle games, and all nonvideo game media in one category, and then, Luigi's article would be an anomaly to every other character article and that's not the standard we follow.
