Super Smash Bros. Brawl included the Japanese version of the WarioWare: Touched! "Ashley's Theme" and a new English version. This version is performed in the same upbeat style as the Japanese song, but there are only a couple lyrical differences between it and the original English song.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

In the Western versions, both the Japanese and English Brawl versions of the song are present. The Japanese version of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, however, replaces then English version with a brand new arrangement. The music is closer to the original theme, but the chorus has women in it, and Ashley is portrayed by someone older.

The level theme songs (collectivelly titled Ashley's Star Revolution) in the Ashley minigame of Game & Wario are covers of the instrumental portion of the song.

Band Brothers series

The Japanese version of Ashley's Song is part of the track list of Daigasso! Band Brothers and it was made available as free downloadable content for the Japanese version of Jam with the Band. A downloadable PDF partition of Ashley's theme was also released to promote the original Band Brother's release . A music video for Ashley's Song was released for Daigasso! Band Brothers P on July 31, 2015.

Controversy

Main article: List of Mario-related controversies § Satanism

There were some issues over Ashley's English theme. If the record is spun fast enough in the Turntable souvenir during the first solo, it would come out with the words "I have granted kids to Hell!" However, Nintendo and Nintendo Power both stated that it was an accident and the words come out like that due to it meshing pieces of the song together. The real words are as the following:

Kitten spit, soon your pants won't fit!

Pantalones giganticus! Oh no, not again.

These words form a sentence like "Eye of grand this kitt soo pan", which is misheard as "I have granted kids to hell."

• If the lines in the Japanese version of Ashley's spells are read backwards, it says "umeido in uario ijū nanuba wan", or "Made in Wario Is Number One" ("Made in Wario" is the Japanese title of "WarioWare" games):
