Drop Shot is a 1-vs.-3 minigame appearing in Super Mario Party. The name is based on a tennis term that refers to a tennis ball hit softly so it drops abruptly to the ground.
Introduction
A bomb moves along a conveyor belt. A Spike then picks it up, and more bombs follow. The minigame then begins.
Gameplay
Spike periodically gives the solo player bombs, which they must racket towards the team players moving around on a fence to eliminate them within 30 seconds. If the solo player eliminates all three team players before time runs out, the solo player wins; otherwise, the team players win.
On the Challenge Road, this is the tenth challenge of Chestnut Forest and the 20th challenge overall. In the normal challenge, the player is a member of the three-player team and must not get hit, while in the Master Challenge, the player is a solo player and must beat the rivals.
