Area 1

Image Stage Overview
Stage 321 from Dr. Mario World Stage 321 This stage introduces Flasks, which shoots out random objects at empty spaces if a capsule landed without making a match. The random objects vary by stage, so in this stage for example, the random objects could be viruses or Exploders. Moreover, larger Flasks shoot out more objects compared to the smaller Flasks. Each empty Flask will fully fill after 5 capsule landings. The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses, including any that appear from Flasks.
Stage 322 from Dr. Mario World Stage 322 The objective of this stage is to find all the Coins in Brick Blocks, which are found in one Brick Block for each row of Brick Blocks or Crates. Other Brick Blocks contain viruses. Flasks that are frozen in ice will not fill up until it is cleared of ice. Filled Flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses or Shells.
Stage 323 from Dr. Mario World Stage 323 The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses, including any that appear from Flasks. The stage's Brick Blocks and Empty Blocks are arranged like a staircase. Certain Brick Blocks hide viruses. Filled Flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses, Exploders or Brick Blocks.
Stage 324 from Dr. Mario World Stage 324 The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses and collect all the Coins. Lock Blocks are also featured in this stage, in which the red lock capsule unlocks the middle ring or Lock Blocks, the yellow lock capsule unlocks the outer ring of Lock Blocks and the blue lock capsule unlocks the inner ring of Lock Blocks. Caged Coins in the inner ring require the middle ring of Coins to be collected first, and collecting the inner ring of Coins will unlock the rest of the Caged Coins. Two Exploders appear in the middle ring.
Stage 325 from Dr. Mario World Stage 325 The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses, including any that appear from Flasks. This stage is shaped like the head of a virus. All existing viruses are hidden in Brick Blocks. Filled Flasks in this stage will shoot out either bubbled viruses or Exploders.
Stage 326 from Dr. Mario World Stage 326 The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses and collect all the Coins. I this stage, there are a square of Brick Blocks and seven Shells. Clearing the shells will reveal that the Brick Blocks hid Caged Coins surrounding viruses. The Brick Blocks in the top two rows contain either viruses or Coins, which are required to be cleared to unlock certain Caged Coins.
Stage 327 from Dr. Mario World Stage 327 The objective of this stage is to collect all the Virus Coins. The Virus Coins are found under the eight viruses between the two rows of fans, along with three big coins initially blocked by four viruses each. The filled Flask in this stage will shoot out more viruses.
Stage 328 from Dr. Mario World Stage 328 The objective of this stage is th clear all the viruses and Brick Blocks. All the viruses are initially covered in bubbles. The red lock capsule in this stage unlocks the Lock Blocks covering Colorful Crates.
Stage 329 from Dr. Mario World Stage 329 The objective of this stage is to collect Coins from the Brick Blocks. This stage is shaped like an angled tilde symbol, with viruses crossing over it. The only Brick Blocks that do not contain Coins are the two Brick Blocks in the corners at the bottom-most row, along with the top-right Brick Block. Filled Flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses or Exploders.
Stage 330 from Dr. Mario World Stage 330 The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses, including any that appear from Flasks. This stage is shaped like an empty heart, with Brick Blocks forming the outside of a heart. Most of the initial viruses are hidden in Brick Blocks, and a few Colorful Crates are found in this stage. Flasks exist in this stage, but will only be revealed after one line is revealed. Filled Flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses, Exploders or Brick Blocks. This stage will scroll for 1 line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 2 lines are introduced.
Stage 331 from Dr. Mario World Stage 331 The objective of this stage is to unlock all Doors. In this stage, five Keys, five Doors and bubbled viruses are found in the bottom right-angle triangle formation, while the top right-angle triangle formation contains regular viruses along with two Keys and two Doors. Each Key is blocked by one virus or bubbled virus. Crates that each require four clears are also found.
Stage 332 from Dr. Mario World Stage 332 The objective of this stage is to collect Coins from Brick Blocks and from the stage. In this stage, groups of viruses forming a plus symbol are found in all four corners, with three of them surrounding Flasks and one of the surrounding a lock capsule. All stage coins require Lock Blocks to be unlocked. The top-left Caged Coins are unlocked by clearing the top-right Coins, and the rest of the Caged Coins are unlocked by clearing the top-left Coins. Filled Flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses, Exploders or Brick Blocks.
Stage 333 from Dr. Mario World Stage 333 The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors. This stage contains Brick Blocks frozen in two layers of ice except for one which is frozen in one layer of ice, along with viruses each frozen in one layer of ice and a few dust viruses. The filled Flask in this stage will shoot out two or three Shells.
Stage 334 from Dr. Mario World Stage 334 The objective of this stage is to collect coins from Brick Blocks. This stage contains Capsule Plus capsules in bubbles, along with Flasks frozen in one layer of ice. Filled Flasks in this stage will shoot out more viruses.
Stage 335 from Dr. Mario World Stage 335 The objective of this stage is to clear all viruses. This stage is shaped like an arrow pointing downward. In this stage, there are columns of Lock Blocks, while the lock capsules are covered in bubbles. Clouds conceal viruses, while bubbled Floatie Viruses are found after the stage scrolls. This stage will scroll for 1 line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 5 lines are introduced.

Prior to version 1.2.0, light-blue viruses appear in this stage instead of blue viruses, despite the fact that the icon shows blue viruses even before the update.

Stage 336 from Dr. Mario World Stage 336 The objective of this stage is to collect all the Virus Coins. Four of them are blocked by Coins and Caged Coins, while two of them are blocked by Brick Blocks. The filled Flask in this stage will shoot out either viruses of Exploders.
Stage 337 from Dr. Mario World Stage 337 The objective of this stage is to unlock all Doors and clear all viruses, including any that appear from Flasks. Colorful Crates are found in four rows, with nine Floatie Viruses found between rows. Filled Flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses, Shells, Brick Blocks or Exploders.
Stage 338 from Dr. Mario World Stage 338 The objective of this stage is to clear all viruses, Brick Blocks and Crates. This stage is shaped like a square with rounded corners, with a outer layer of Exploders covered by dust save for one, followed by a layer of Crates, with Brick Blocks on the inside alongside Ice Fans and an Exploder. Four of the Brick Blocks contain Ice Fans, while the rest of them contain viruses.
Stage 339 from Dr. Mario World Stage 339 The objective of this stage is to clear all viruses, collect all Coins from Brick Blocks and unlock all Doors. In this stage, Colorful Crates are in the way between the Keys and Doors, and are shaped like two triangles, with the left formed by red Colorful Crates and the right formed by blue Colorful Crates. Between the groups of Colorful Crates are Shells. At the bottom are viruses and Brick Blocks containing Coins.
Stage 340 from Dr. Mario World Stage 340 The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to clear all viruses, collect Coins in the stage and collect Coins in Brick Blocks. In this stage, Coins are surrounded by Crates and Colorful Crates, and the Caged Coins require the Coins to be cleared first. Coins are found in the four Brick Blocks at the beginning of the stage. At the top-most portion of the stage after the stage scrolls far enough, red viruses locked behind red Lock Blocks in the shape of a "P" appears, with the lock capsule being located at the top-left corner. Brick Blocks cover most of the space except for the bottom row in that formation. This stage will scroll for 1 line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 6 lines are introduced.

When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Goombrat assistant upon completing this stage.

Area 2

Image Stage Overview
Stage 341 from Dr. Mario World Stage 341 This stage introduces the Capsule Plus, which when cleared, will increase the Capsule count by the number displayed. Every time a Capsule is added to the stage, the number for every Capsule Plus is reduced by one, disappearing entirely if the number reaches zero.
Stage 342 from Dr. Mario World Stage 342 In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are interspersed among Brick Blocks and viruses.
Stage 343 from Dr. Mario World Stage 343 This stage features several Capsule Plus capsules found among viruses, with numbers ranging from 3 to 7.

  • Certain fans are encased in a layer of ice.
  • Players are guaranteed to start with a double rainbow capsule.
Stage 349 from Dr. Mario World Stage 349 This stage has the same layout as Stage 288, except instead of Floatie Viruses and viruses, Capsule Plus capsules and Crates are found. As viruses are absent in this stage, the objective of this stage is different: all Crates and Brick Blocks must be cleared.
Stage 350 from Dr. Mario World Stage 350 This stage is a scrolling stage where viruses are found in Brick Blocks, dust and Lock Blocks. The lock capsules are found in Brick Blocks at the topmost portion of the stage. Capsule Plus capsules are found in

s separated by Colorful Crates. This stage will scroll for 1 line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 7 lines are introduced.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Crates and Brick Blocks are removed from the bottom-most row.
  • The two bottom-most Capsule Plus capsules start with a count of 10 instead of 7
  • An Exploder covered in dust replaces a Dust Virus at the middle of the second bottom-most row.
  • An Exploder covered in dust replaces a Dust Virus at the middle of the fourth topmost row.
Stage 351 from Dr. Mario World Stage 351 This stage is shaped like an "X", where the viruses in the top portion are covered in clouds.
Stage 352 from Dr. Mario World Stage 352 This stage contains two groups of viruses each shaped like right-angle triangles, and among them three Floatie Viruses are found, two on one side and one on the others. Separating the two groups are Crates and Ice Fans.
Stage 353 from Dr. Mario World Stage 353 The stage is shaped like a triangle, in which Coins from the bottom row will need to be cleared to unlock the Caged Coins found in the next-bottom row. All Brick Blocks have Coins that need to be collected.

  • Capsule count is increased from 40 to 42.
  • Two Exploders are added in the second bottom-most row between Brick Blocks.
Stage 354 from Dr. Mario World Stage 354 This stage is shaped like a four-petaled flower, where viruses and Ice Fans form the petals, while the Colorful Crates form the pistil. An Exploder can be found in the middle of the Colorful Crates.
Stage 355 from Dr. Mario World Stage 355 In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are found in Lock Blocks surrounded by Crates, which is unlocked by clearing the lock capsule in the middle, also surrounded by Crates. Shells can be found in the same rows as the Capsule Plus capsules.
Stage 356 from Dr. Mario World Stage 356 This stage contains three columns of Coins in Bubbles, along with Brick Blocks containing Coins on the leftmost and rightmost columns. Viruses are not required to be cleared in this stage.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Capsule count is increased from 44 to 46.
  • Brick Blocks in the topmost row are removed.
  • 8 viruses are added above the columns with existing viruses.
Stage 357 from Dr. Mario World Stage 357 This stage contains Keys that are blocked by Colorful Crates and Brick Blocks, along with Brick Blocks containing Coins: three in the second row of Brick Blocks, five in the third row and two (three prior to version 1.2.0) in the fourth row.

Prior to version 1.2.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • The bottom-most row of Brick Blocks are removed.
  • Two viruses are added in the same row as the second Exploder from the top.
  • An Exploder is added in the middle of the seventh row, replacing a Brick Block containing Coins.
Stage 358 from Dr. Mario World Stage 358 In this stage, two rows of Brick Blocks are in red Lock Blocks. Additionally, Floatie Viruses in Bubbles are found below the second row of Brick Blocks. Exploders are surrounded by Crates between the rows of Brick Blocks. The objective of this stage is to clear all the viruses and Crates.

The capsule count is raised from 45 to 47 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Stage 359 from Dr. Mario World Stage 359 In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are scattered throughout Brick Blocks and Empty Blocks. Viruses can be found in some of the Brick Blocks.
Stage 360 from Dr. Mario World Stage 360 The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all viruses and Brick Blocks to be cleared. It starts out with a layer of Viruses, followed by Capsule Plus capsules within Colorful Crates and Crates. Following that are another group of viruses, and after that are Colorful Crates among Brick Blocks. Another group of viruses appear after that, and later on are Exploders surrounded by Brick Blocks and Crates. The topmost line contains more viruses. This stage will scroll for 1 line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 11 lines are introduced.

Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 9. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket that lets them unlock either a new doctor, a new assistant, or leveling up an existing doctor or assistant.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
