Mario Slot is a single-player minigame in Super Mario 64 DS. It is one of Luigi's minigames. The game consists of three spinning wheels (slots). Before the wheels are spun, the slot machine takes one of the player's coins. To play, the player must touch each of the three wheels to stop it. If each slot shows the same item the player wins and gains coins. If any Superstars are shown the player gains in coins.
Possible winning outcomes and the coins won:
- 3 Superstars, 20 times the player's bet
- 3 Starmen, 15 times the player's bet
- 3 Fire Flowers, 10 times the player's bet
- 3 Super Mushrooms, 10 times the player's bet
- 3 Cape Feathers, 5 times the player's bet
- 3 Yoshi Eggs, 5 times the player's bet
- 2 Superstars, 4 times the player's bet
- 1 Superstar, 2 times the player's bet
The player can earn extra coins if they get one Superstar and two matching items.

Touch the spinning slots to stop them. Get 3 items in a row to earn coins! The Superstar is wild.

Trivia
- On the top of the top screen, there is a scene based on Super Mario Bros., and in the middle a spoof on the Super Mario Bros. title screen. Also, on the touch screen, there is the same artwork by Shigeru Miyamoto for the game.
- A microgame in WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase known as Mario Slots appears in 18-Volt's stage.
