Parabuzzies are Para-Beetles that appeared in the games Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Super Paper Mario. Like its Super Mario Bros. 3 appearance, it is a Buzzy Beetle that has grown wings. These wings permit them to evade ground attacks from Mario and his party. If hit with a single jump, however, the wings will be knocked off and the Parabuzzy will become a normal, flightless Buzzy Beetle.
