Template:Recipe-Infobox A Healthy Salad is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The item can be created by cooking a Turtley Leaf with a Horsetail. Healthy Salads recover fifteen FP and cure the Poison status ailment.
In Super Paper Mario, Saffron can cook a Healthy Salad from a Fresh Veggie. Using it will restore fifteen HP and cures Poison just like in the last game. However, it looks like a normal salad without the middle part. That form in this game is called the Veggie Set.
