Max Mushrooms are items featured in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They have green caps and restore all HP to one character when it is used.
The Max Mushrooms were also items in the Mario & Luigi series. Their coloring is no different from the other Mushrooms in those games. In both games, Max Mushrooms would restore all of a character's HP.
