A Meteor Meal is a meal made by Zess T. in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It restores seven HP and and an additional two HP every turn in battle for two turns. If used outside of battle, it simply restores seven HP. It is made by mixing a Shooting Star with a Shroom Fry.
Also after taking on Eve's trouble she will reward Mario with one Meteor Meal.
In Super Paper Mario, Saffron can make a Meteor Meal from a Shooting Star alone. In this game, it damages enemies.
