The Washroom is a room in Area Two of the mansion in Luigi's Mansion and its remake. It is a small room with a toilet with a hanging tank, a mirror overlooking a sink that sometimes contains a 10 or 20 HP-restoring heart, a radiator, and a cabinet. At first, the room is inaccessible, with a dialogue box stating "Erm, OCCUPIED!" appearing when Luigi tries to enter. The Washroom is the only locked room that is unlocked without using a key, since Luigi can unlock it after five Boos, after which Professor E. Gadd suggests Luigi to go there.

Toad is seen crying in the corner of the Washroom because he had dropped something important into the toilet. After being reassured by Luigi, the lights in the Washroom turn on. Luigi can examine the toilet to obtain the key to the Fortune-teller's Room. A Red Grabbing Ghost appears during the blackout.
