A Cellular Shopper is one of the items found in Mario Party 3 and Super Mario Party Jamboree. It can only be bought at Toad's shop for five coins, and it is Princess Daisy's favorite item. When this item is used, a player can call Toad or Baby Bowser (in Mario Party 3) from anywhere on the board to buy an item. It works in a similar way as an Item Shop but with fewer options.
