Thorny Path is one of Ashley and Red's microgames in WarioWare: Move It!.

Gameplay

The player controls a log covered in spikes with only a few bare patches, which acts as a bridge over a river. A disembodied pair of legs starts walking on the log, and the player must rotate the Form Stones so the legs cross the log without stepping on any spikes. If the legs make it to the end, they dance as flowers fill the screen. If one of the legs steps on a spike, it shakes in pain, and the game is lost.

  • Level 1: The pair of legs makes four steps, with the bare patches being wide.
  • Level 2: The pair of legs makes six steps, with the bare patches being narrower.
  • Level 3: Same as Level 2, but the bare patches are even narrower.

In multiplayer, the players' logs are side-by-side, and each player is responsible for the steps taken on one leg.
