An Omelette Plate (known as an Omelette Meal in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door) is a recipe found in the Paper Mario series.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the Omelette Meal is made by Zess T. at her house by mixing a Mushroom or a Life Mushroom with a Mystic Egg. This meal restores five HP and five FP. It can also be obtained by spending the night at the Poshley Heights Hotel. It will be on the table the following morning.

In Super Paper Mario, the Omelette Plate is made by Dyllis. It replenishes 20 HP and cures Poison, and is made by mixing a Big Egg and a Horsetail.
