The Zess Frappe is a recipe found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This beverage is made by Zess T. She can brew one with an Ice Storm and either a Jammin' Jelly or a Maple Syrup. Although the in-game description for it in the GameCube version claims that it heals 20 HP, it actually heals 20 FP. However, he risks getting frozen if he uses it in battle. The description error was fixed in the Nintendo Switch remake.
