Action Time happened when one of the players were stopped by a Thwomp, and accepted his offer to ride on the mine cart for 5 coins. In this case, Thwomp rode the cart to the other side, chasing all players in the way to that side as well. Another feature of this board was the Whomp King who was always sleeping in on a rock above the lava flow in the middle of the board. He blocked either the right path (that led upward), or the left path (that led to Boo). Players could land on a ? Space in front of him to make him turn over, but that was also acheived if a player gave him a certain item that he wanted (Mushroom, Poison Mushroom, Skeleton Key, etc;).

In Story Mode, the human player went up againt 3 opponents and battled here to get the Courage Star Stamp. Template:Sub
