The Blooper Chopper (Division Blooper in the British English version) is an item that can be obtained in Mario Party: Island Tour in the Perilous Palace Path. Players can win it by playing minigames and selecting it if they win first. When used, the player calls on a Blooper to ink the opponent, therefore halving the total roll amount of the opponent's turn. Its opposite counterpart is the Super Star.
