Area 1
Image | Stage | Best Doctors | Overview |
---|---|---|---|
Stage 241 | Dr. Toadette |
This stage introduces ice fans. Making a match next to an ice fan will cause it to activate, and making another match while the ice fan is activated will freeze a random virus or certain objects. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, viruses are grouped into four rings separated by Brick Blocks along with some ice fans in the middle column.
The capsule amount is increased from 35 to 38 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |
Stage 242 | Dr. Luma |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage is shaped like an arrow pointing up. In the middle of the stage are two ice fans and a lock block in between. The other parts of this stage is occupied by dust viruses and caged viruses. | |
Stage 243 | Dr. Fire Rosalina |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are four groups of crates where four groups of half-frozen viruses are hugging two of the groups of crates. In the center of each group of viruses is an exploder.
The capsule amount is increased from 29 to 33 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |
Stage 244
(Hard) |
Dr. Roy |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are two columns of purple coins and in between are viruses hugging Empty Blocks and Brick Blocks. On the row above the columns of purple coins are five viruses in between crates, and in the row above them is a half-frozen coin between crates.
Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
| |
Stage 245 | Dr. Waluigi |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are four groups of crates surrounded by dust viruses in the top half and clouded viruses in the bottom half. Ice fans are located at the leftmost and rightmost columns between the dust viruses and clouded viruses. In between the groups are an exploder and viruses.
The capsule amount is increased from 39 to 43 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, two rows of bubbles containing viruses are between a layer of fully-frozen Brick Blocks and a row of Brick Blocks. Between the fully-frozen Brick Blocks are viruses and hidden viruses inside Brick Blocks. Above the row of Brick Blocks are crates with exploders below them, except for the one in the center.
Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
| |

Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
| |
Stage 249 | Dr. Luma |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage is shaped like a tilted "L" that will be shaped like a "7" after all the bubbles (all with viruses) reached the top. The bubbles at the bottom are blocked by crates that each requires four hits to break. | |
Stage 250 | Dr. Roy |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, a column of viruses with a shell is in between six columns of bubbles containing viruses, three on each side. Above the columns of bubbles are crates and below them are ice fans. The leftmost and rightmost columns have more crates, and the topmost row has exploders.

| |
Stage 251 | Dr. Yoshi |
The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins. In this stage, there are four virus coins (4x4) blocked by a mixture of Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses, caged viruses and purple coins. A lock block is in the middle surrounded by purple coins.
Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
The capsule amount is increased from 29 to 33 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |
Stage 252 | Dr. Kamek |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, the viruses are separated into segments with crates. The bottom-left and bottom-right sides have bubbles with viruses, the two sections at the bottom-center have dust viruses, the middle-left and middle-right sides have a normal virus each, and the top-center has normal viruses, floatie viruses and two shells. | |
Stage 253
(Hard) |
Dr. Peach |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, destroy all Brick Blocks and collect all purple coins. This stage is shaped like a narrow doorway. Viruses are lined up at the ninth row and the fourth and sixth columns, while the coins are placed at the bottom-left, bottom-right and top portions. Brick Blocks are placed in the remaining places within, save for the corners at the top.
Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:
The capsule amount is increased from 33 to 37 since version 1.3.5. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |
Stage 254 | Dr. Fire Rosalina |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, the viruses are confined to the top four rows blocked off by crates and Empty Blocks. An exploder is the middle of six viruses, and all the Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses.
The capsule amount is increased from 35 to 39 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |
Stage 255 | Dr. Baby Daisy |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, the leftmost and rightmost columns of Brick Blocks contain coins, while the Brick Blocks in the third and seventh columns contain hidden viruses. The other Brick Blocks contain exploders. Exploders and shells are also in the leftmost and rightmost columns between the Brick Blocks, with crates between them as well as one row below the two rows of crates. Between the Brick Blocks in the first two rows are viruses.

Among the viruses are five floatie viruses. The stage also has caged crates and Empty Blocks, with one lock block at the middle of the first row blocked by Empty Blocks while the other lock block is blocked by cages. | |
Stage 257
(Hard) |
Dr. Diddy Kong |
The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, There are two groups of Brick Blocks forming right-angle lines, and between them are viruses at several parts. The outside group of Brick Blocks are hidden viruses. The inside group of Brick Blocks contain coins in the odd-numbered columns in the topmost row and the first, third, fifth, seventh and eighth rows in the rightmost row (others do not contain anything). On the left and bottom of the outside group of Brick Blocks are crates.

The Brick Blocks surrounding the virus in the first row contain hidden viruses.
This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 6 lines are introduced. When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Shy Guy assistant upon completing this stage.
