Image | Stage | Best Doctors | Overview |
---|---|---|---|
Stage 161 | Dr. Baby Luigi |
This stage introduces clouds, which shroud objects behind it and will temporarily become transparent as to reveal its contents. Any object behind a cloud behaves normally, but destroying that object will cause the cloud to disappear. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are two groups of eight viruses shrouded in clouds above two rows consisting of Brick Blocks and viruses. | |
Stage 162 | Dr. Luigi |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. The upper portion of this stage is shaped like a fish formed by viruses that include normal ones, half-frozen ones and clouded ones. The lower portion of this stage contains viruses inside bubbles. Both portions have Brick Blocks. | |
Stage 163 | Dr. Yoshi |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, clouded viruses are located at the topmost row, leftmost column and rightmost column. In the middle, an exploder is surrounded by Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses and a skill charger surrounded by dust viruses. | |
Stage 164 | Dr. Fire Mario |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are three portions separated by three Empty Blocks between Brick Blocks. The middle portion has two groups of fully-frozen viruses surrounding Brick Blocks between a group of viruses in a "+" shape. The top portion contains two rows of viruses containing three in the middle at the top and a full row at the bottom, while the bottom portion contains a row of viruses. | |
Stage 165 | Dr. Diddy Kong |
The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, there are four rows of seven Brick Blocks, and between each of them are viruses in the odd-numbered columns. The topmost row has viruses in the leftmost, center and rightmost sides. The Brick Blocks that contain coins are the even-numbered columns for the first and third rows and the odd-numbered columns for the second and fourth rows. | |
Stage 166 | Dr. Bowser Jr. |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage is split into four quadrants, and each portion has viruses inside bubbles and dust viruses. Most of the borders are formed by Empty Blocks and Brick Blocks, except for two skill chargers in the middle next to the Empty Blocks. | |
Stage 167 | Dr. Mario |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, the top portion has two groups of viruses in ring formations separated by a columns of Brick Blocks, while the bottom portion has half-frozen viruses and a single floatie virus. At the topmost row, leftmost column and rightmost column, there is each a clouded virus with the row or column of Empty Blocks.
The capsule amount is increased from 35 to 39 since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same. | |
Stage 168 | Dr. Bowser |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are two columns of four dust viruses surrounded by Brick Blocks and Empty Blocks. Between the two groups is a column of viruses with a shell at the bottom. On the leftmost and rightmost columns, there are lock blocks between Empty Blocks on the top and bottom, as well as some viruses below the Empty Blocks. At the two topmost rows, there are two groups of viruses (some are caged) separated by a column of Brick Blocks. | |

A row of purple coins found partially damaged barrels are located at the top of the stage before it scrolls, with an additional five coins above that row.
On the rows above the initial seven rows of this stage, additional viruses are found in the leftmost and rightmost columns, three of them being Floatie Viruses of different colors. More viruses are found between Brick Blocks found on the second and eighth rows, along with purple coins found in barrels in between those rows. At the top of the stage, four Brick Blocks are found with a caged purple coin between them. The purple coins in the undamaged barrels require other purple coins to be collected, while the single one in the top requires the other purple coins to be collected.
