The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all viruses to be eliminated. In this stage, various Floatie Viruses are found in the beginning, along with Brick Blocks and viruses in barrels throughout the stages. Bubble viruses appear eventually, and later ice fans start to appear. Exploders later appear, and a couple of half-frozen viruses one line after that. A line of regular viruses are found near the top, with the top containing a line of Empty Blocks. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 10 lines are introduced.

Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 6. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket that lets them unlock either a new doctor, a new assistant, or leveling up an existing doctor or assistant.
