The player stats at the bottom-right corner of the stage, in a small nook with two [[Stumper]]s. The player must dodge the Stumpers to get to a ledge, where the player must use the Stumpers in order to reach a [[P Switch]], which drops a tree which is used as a bridge leading to the rest of the stage. After the player crosses the bridge, there is a hallway with two pairs of Stumpers moving back-and-fourth, as well as a [[Pluck Patch]] containing a [[Key]]. After the Stumpers there is two pathways, on which leads to an underground area with several Pluck Patches and [[coins]] and the other which leads to a pathway with a [[Piranha Creeper]] and another P Switch which drops a wooden bridge. Stumper Sneakaround is the second level of Episode 2 in Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. The level takes place in a dark forest area. This level introduces the Stumpers, which cannot be defeated. However, they can be used as platforms to reach certain coins and Super Gems. This forest also contains three Piranha Creepers, which are only woken when the P Switches are pressed.
Layout
The player stats at the bottom-right corner of the stage, in a small nook with two Stumpers. The player must dodge the Stumpers to get to a ledge, where the player must use the Stumpers in order to reach a P Switch, which drops a tree which is used as a bridge leading to the rest of the stage. After the player crosses the bridge, there is a hallway with two pairs of Stumpers moving back-and-fourth, as well as a Pluck Patch containing a Key. - Super Gem 1: Behind a locked door; the key can be found in a Pluck Patch above the bridge leading to the door.
- Super Gem 2: Given by a mole-enemy at the bottom of the course.
- Super Gem 3: On top of the Stumpers near the key.
Bonus Objective
- Defeated all of the Piranha Creepers!
- Target time: 33 seconds
Enemies
Pixel Toad
The Pixel Toad is underneath the last Piranha Creeper before the star. The player must defeat the Piranha Creeper by landing on it before seeing the Pixel Toad.
