Template:Species-infobox Sour Dodos[1] are uncommon enemies appearing in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, in Lost Mangroves levels. They are a blue, more aggressive variant of Dozies.
When a Sour Dodo spots the Kongs, it starts charging towards them in an effort to attack. Until then, the Sour Dodo only walks back and forth at the same pace as a Dozy. The player can attack them using any method, such as jumping on their heads, rolling into them, or tossing an object onto them. Ground pounding near a Sour Dodo stuns it for a moment. If Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, or Cranky Kong fire their popguns on a Sour Dodo, the creature stops for a brief period before continuing to stroll.
Sour Dodos are similar in some aspects to Rawks from Donkey Kong Country Returns, which also charge towards the Kongs when they are close.
