Template:Species-infobox Gale Hawgs are a type of Hawg found in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. They are red with darker red engravings on their bodies. They will attempt to prevent Donkey Kong from progressing to the goal by creating mild gales as their name implies. Many Gale Hawg are tusked, but occasionally do not. Gale Hawg can be defeated by using a sound wave, and then repeatedly punching it while it is dazed. Gale Hawgs are fairly common in front of tunnels, and near pits to make their gales a threat to the player. Like most large Hawgs, the Gale Hawg hurts the player if they collide with their horns. They reappear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as a Sticker.
