Template:Character-infobox Darkrai is a mythical Dark-type Pokémon that first appeared in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. It has the ability to put others to sleep and give them never-ending nightmares (though this is done as a defence mechanism rather than out of malice).

In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, it can be spawned from a Poké Ball or Master Ball and attacks by using its signature move Dark Void, creating a large dark sphere around itself that puts any opponent that enters it to sleep and deals minor damage to them.
