'Ants are small black ant enemies in the Tree Zone and later in the Macro Zone of Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Much like Goombas, they walk and march into enemies. There are many different varieties, including a Miner, Bazooka, and Spiked. A standard jump or a fireball are enough to defeat it. A giant ant appears in an exhibit of Smithsnorian Museum of Wario: Master of Disguise. A riddle in the game asks "What family member lives on the hills?" and the answer was the Ant.
