Run for It, or Superstar Road-2, is the second course of Superstar Road in New Super Mario Bros. U. It is unlocked when the player collects every Star Coin in Layer-Cake Desert.
Layout
The course is based of the desert levels in Layer-Cake Desert. The main gimmick of this level is that there are no platforms present, but instead there are a lot of coins that turn into Brick Blocks when a P-Switch is hit. The player will need to hit several P-Switches as quickly as possible before time runs out in order to finish the level.
Star Coins
- Star Coin 1: The first Star Coin is found inside a box of Brick Blocks.
- Star Coin 2: The player needs to jump off a Paratroopa in order to safely get the second Star Coin.
- Star Coin 3: The final Star Coin is located at the end of the stage, right before the flagpole. The player needs to time their jump so that they land on a platform of Brick Blocks right when the P-Switch's time runs out.

Trivia
- The level's concept of dashing to the exit by relying on block-producing switches was reused from Hit That Switch!! in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
