Pitchforks usually hang on ceilings and, if Wario is under them, they wrench themselves out of the ceiling and fall to the ground. If they see Wario when on the ground, they will run towards him trying to stab him with their fork. However, if Wario dodges them and they hit a wall, they will be stuck. Wario can then pick them up and throw them. Wario can also jump off of them to get extra height.
