It recovers both seven HP and seven FP in Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, but in Super Paper Mario, it briefly halves damage taken instead. It's made by cooking up a Koopa Leaf with some Dried Pasta in Paper Mario, by cooking a Turtley Leaf with either Fresh Pasta or Spaghetti in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and by cooking a Turtley Leaf with a Fresh Pasta Bunch in Super Paper Mario.
